Only had the press 6 months used maybe 10 times…basically caught fire and melted to base. Hopefully I can contact company and can get a replacement or a refund. Product should last longer than 6 months. Please beware and not to walk away from press while heating up . I hate to think what could have happened.

We use this to customize hats at our shop, the black stand/accompanying accessory is pretty much useless, as you cannot really perch an item on it but in came with a stuffed pillow thing that does trick. The main item, which is the press itself is perfect, great size works perfectly

I'm giving it four stars, because I never got to honestly try the product. It was just too big and I decided against it so I sent it back, but I'm sure it would do exactly what it's made to do. This company is great.

I received a heat press that someone obviously used scratched all to Hell and then returned.

I purchased this recently to make some hats for an event. It works very well! Heats up pretty quickly. Instructions are very clear.
