Ignition Switch Door Lock Cylinder kit for Honda Accord 2003-2007

Bought for daughters car fits well

Direct fitment but did not work immobilizer never read not working with any of my devices I took it to an expert and they couldn’t find the reason why it didn’t work. 2003 Honda Accord LX. Didn’t support it do not recommend of buying.

Swapped the old RFI and the remote controls to the new keys, didn't need to program anything. Car started right up.

The item arrived on time. The fact that key lock cylinders are paired with this ignition module is a plus. However, the unit I received has intermittent contact issues in position 2. Radio, cigarette lighter, and climate control have intermittent accessory power. Wiggling the key helps establish contact. There are three screws to attach the module to the windshield wiper, turn signal, and headlight plastic. The inboard screw hole has a guidepost to force alignment. The hole doesn't line up. Perhaps this is due to the fact that the module is painted whereas the original was not. Perhaps the screw was tapped inaccurately. Given the switch problems and the guided misalignment I would recommend others that find this item elsewhere ensure that at least the pictures show that it is not painted. Furthermore, the new piece of plastic on the new door lock cylinder could not be secured on the lever. I had to take it all apart and put the old one on. It's just a little piece of plastic and it matters. It seemed to be fatter than the original. It is too much trouble to take it all apart to include the door key lock cylinder. I will live with it as is and not return it. The time consumed dealing with the mounting problems and difficulty securing the lever to the key locks cylinder prevent me from rating with five stars.

Worst product I ever order. The ignition key stuck sometimes and the key didn’t get programmed into the car until I made another key with the wright chip.

Almost a perfect replacement. The price is definitely worth it. The only thing that didn't work is my car no longer starts in neutral. I took the computer part from the old ignition amd attached it to this ignition. I then opened up the key fob and put the chip from the old fob inside the new one amd every thing else worked. Very happy with how much money it saved me.

Hey, just be careful. It’s the wrong chip inside of the key. That’s the only problem I had once I installed everything.
