Super cute and very solid metal.Do remember that these have a pin on the back, so help your kids, or account for the hole in your hat/vest/etc.

When I got the package I was expecting something more flimsy and whimsical as these are party favors for my daughters birthday. However, these are solid and weighty and really well made! I'm excited to give these out as I can see kids being able to use these and play with these for a long time.

Size & Quality

Our son used one of these for a Halloween costume and it looked the part just fine. They aren't realistic modern sheriff badges, rather the "old west" look. They are actually really heavy and thick, making them sturdy. The weight also helps them hang well on the outfit. The pin on the back is typical of any pin-on button sort of thing. Would order again.

These “pins” are really just metal buttons. Very disappointed that they don't have the posts on the back/butterfly closures. Not what I was wanting. They do not show the back to give a clear understanding. They don't say “button” anywhere either. No indication that they have a button closure style instead of a normal pin style. Very disappointed.Outside of that, they are well-made and look great! Durable enough to play with and reuse.

Not a cheap plastic badge. These are sturdy metal with a metal safety pin back. These exceeded my expectations for quality and longevity. Each badge is individually wrapped to protect the finish. The size is comparable to an authentic sheriff badge worn by your local law enforcement officer. Highly recommend these if needed, not much more to say.

These aren't your plastic sheriff badge toys! They're heavy duty quality. Careful, the safety pin is super sharp! If you plan on giving these to young kids, make sure they're supervised when taking on and off so they don't hurt themselves. The badges are really nice and go well in our costume/dress-up area for the kids. The metal is heavy and a nice gold color. My kids loved the badges and cowboy hats I gave them for Christmas!
