I used this when my child had congestion, and it did seem to help a bit, mainly in making them more comfortable. The scent is mild and not overpowering, which is great for babies. It’s easy to apply and works nicely as part of a bedtime routine. That said, the effect is pretty gentle—it’s more soothing than a strong relief product.

My 6 month old got an awful stuffy nose, and this balm really helped him to get a good night's sleep and breathe freely. Rubbed on the soles of the feet, chest and back. Baby didn't protest, no heavy scents, a tiny bit greasy, but not staining the clothes. Definitely recommend for little ones who can't have any meds yet.

Perfect to use on my baby. The scent is very subtle so I am comfortable using it on my baby. I tested a small amount prior to using more. I used it when my baby had his first cold and use it when he appears to be a bit stuffy. I could not find this in store when I looked at Walmart and Shoppers in my town. I was able to purchase it and get it the following day on here.
