This is a great product and it has been very useful for several months. A few weeks ago it stopped working, so I contacted the manufacturer who has since sent a replacement part. That didn't fix the problem so now they are sending a new unit. What more could you ask for.

Purchased this scooter for my son for Christmas of '23. The scooter worked great for the first maybe 3 months. Then it quit. Does not work at all. The scooter was supposed to have a 1 year warranty. We've tried getting ahold of the company for months and months with no luck, no return emails at all. Do not buy this scooter if you want the toy to last for more than a very short time.

This electric scooter was well-packaged, and it arrived in excellent condition. It weighs approximately 36 pounds and has a solid construction.Assembly took about 10 minutes and was very straightforward.After fully charging it, I took it for the first ride. It was a lot of fun! I got all the major features of this scooter, but some key features got me really excited:Very fast - up to 19 miles per hour.I love the display screen; it shows speed, battery level, lights, Bluetooth, and other functions, which is very useful.The 10-inch inflatable tires provide a comfortable ride.Cruise control is handy; you don't have to keep holding the throttle all the time.Both front and rear lights are useful. The underglow lights are also beneficial, especially when riding at night; the scooter feels safe.So far, I haven't found any flaws. Highly recommended!

I like how fast it is, in fast mode mine goes all the way up to 19mph, trust me which is very fast. The build quality off the scooter is fantastic, like i rode it on road all the way too the precinct also the chincoteague National wildlife refuge. Put the scooter in the trunk of the car when you going out, and then take it out to gallop on the open road. What a wonderful journey!Plus the tires are so solid which I love they grip the pavements and roads no problem I don’t even have too worry about them going flat or getting punches because they will not. In short, with this scooter, travel and going out are very convenient!

I ordered two of these for my kids in Christmas of 2023. They were a blast until July 2024 when one of them simply stopped turning on. The battery is fully charged, but no power. I emailed and called the customer service number and it goes to a personal voicemail for a guy named Nicholas - that's not normal. Instead of a callback, I received a series of text messages (also not normal). Both Amazon and Nicholas said the window to return the scooter had passed (30 day window) and are using each other to blow me off. These scooters do not come with any kind of warranty and once the window has passed, you're screwed. Buy a scooter from a local place that offers a reasonable warranty. DO NOT BUY THIS.

The bought the scooter in mid November. It worked great for the first 2 months, but it gave out on in January. It completely stopped charging, when I plug the charger into the scooter the red light that indicates it’s charging doesn’t turn on. That was not the problem, I couldn’t fit all 6 of the screws into the holes on the handle bar. The holes are not properly aligned. I was only able to fit 3, so the handle bar were wobbly when I road it. I contacted Asurion for a replacement, but they only refunded me $199.99. I paid $323.23 on the entire order. They didn’t offer to replace it or any of the parts, which I want more than the refund.
