It's one of the best PTZ 360 camera I have used so far, it's the beast. It's 2MP outdoor camera and have IP65 certification, led spotlight, Night vision and so many features, what's amazed me is it has AES 128 bit encryption which is used in banks to protect your privacy and data. Some other common features includes two way talk, siren different modes and record feature. It supports upto 128 GB microsd card and has 2 antennas for long wifi coverage. Talking about it's app is also superb and best class, it works seamlessly with it's app and infact it's fast and lag free. What I like about the Philips home safely app is that you can share the access to camera to upto 20 members which amazed me. I have also attached the screenshot of camera quality and app interface. Overall it's worth for the price and it's comes from our favourite brand Philips

I received this product before delivery date by superfast Amazon delivery services. There are all necessary parts available in the box even the hold marking paper which is such a small user friendly service. It is easy to install and operate but customer support is always available in case of any issue. Its camera quality is premium i.e. better than most smartphones. It's colour night vision feature makes it a unique in the segment camera. And the spotlights prodvided perfectly focused and clear picture, video. This adds extra point in security purpose. I would say it got better and stable wifi connectivity. It got plenty pf other features like audo talking and listening, clour storage, weather-proof etc.

Good one but expensive

I brought this product in March 2024 within a year it stopped working and they replaced it. In September 2026 it just says Not Connected, we have tried everything like checked WiFi/socket connector, no changes still. We called the customer care and their only solution is that they give 2 years warranty and (ironically in the 3rd year it stops working) we need to purchase a new one as they cannot do anything about it. So you mean to say we need to buy this product every 3rd year? Shocking that they don’t even have a technical team to come and check to see if there is any software issue (hardware is perfectly fine).

The video quality is very good. I’ve put an ad card in it which lets me record at least 3-4 days of activities . It also has a surveilance system which lets me leave home without any fear. Overall very old quality and built .

Except the software which is not user friendly and there is no option to view the old records continuously, everything else is good.

Easy installation,clarity best, night vision also good and easy to mange by phone anywear any time, functions are easy to understand. Using last 6 month no any problem till that... Using with memory card which I purchased separately so 15 days recording easily manage and auto delet system features good so no need to delet old recordings. perfomance is good 👍

i was looking for outdoor wifi CCTV camera with PTZ option with minimal cost and mounted MI 360 cam under roof top with some water protecting measures. But they stopped cloud support first, later no firmware updates and camera started giving some issues at night vision. so came to know Philips outdoor IP65 with PTZ capable camera and i have installed just 2 days before still need to check the performance during different weather condition. Still so far everything is Good and Worth to Buy
