Very nice bench. This went together very easily by myself. Not many parts to put it together as it’s mostly connected when it is delivered. It feels solid and is still a very manageable weight to move around for storage or different placement by just about anyone. The bench raises and lowers extremely easy to multiple levels. It should be good for all of the exercises that it shows listed. I will update after I have used this product for a while. One thing I will mention is that for a sit up bench, I would not recommend it for anyone taller than myself and I am 5‘9“. When you sit back with your legs in the sit up position, my butt sits directly over the crack between the upper and lowerseat cushions. Very uncomfortable. I think a pool noodle or something similar might solve the problem, but if that is the only issue after I have used this successfully for a while, then I won’t be too disappointed. One other note regarding assembly: when you look at the diagram for the bolts, do not panic when you look at what was included. It does not show the correct number on the diagram for what you actually need to put this together. I almost didn’t assemble it because of that but I wanted to see where the parts were missing and there were none missing.

I’ve been using this bench for a few weeks and I’m impressed with the value for the price. The bench feels sturdy and stable during workouts, and the adjustable incline/decline settings are easy to change. Assembly was straightforward, and the foldable design saves space. Comfortable padding and solid construction make it a great addition to a home gym. Highly recommended!

Very easy to assemble, all the tools/screw came in a bag and was easy to define, which was super nice. it is very solid and i don't feel any danger while working it. the most amazing part of it, in my opinion, is that i could remove a few plug in lock screws and be able to fold it all up to flat bench to save space. it is material used where we lay on is quite soft but could get sticky. multiple incline options to work out different part of your body.Overall, a great solid bench that you can fold up to save space when needed.

Ive been using the bench for 2 months now. Good bench with all the angle adjusting and stuff but if you are concern about the sturdiness, not so much. Why? It keeps making popping noise like metal popping noise everytime you change or adjust the angle or position. I have tried to fix it but i couldn't, all the nuts and bolts are tighten and secured but it still keeps making noise and it does sway abit as well.

Don’t buy this product, the actual product looks nothing like the one in the pictures.The locking mechanism isn’t stable at all and it doesn’t lock in place, it caused the bench back to slip and I almost got injured.
