Awesome product. Totally worth the purchase.
I have been using these headphones for about 2 months, which is amazing.Pros:1. Spacial Sound is a killer. On movie days, the voice seemed so real that I felt someone was really around and I had to pull them off to check that.2. You got all the controls on your ear and won't have to reach out3. Perfect for home-office setup and daily meetings. I have been doing WFH with these.4. I never got any complaints about the mic even though I was whispering.Cons:1. The headband is of some kind of transparent fiber; although it seems durable, I have my doubts. If it was made of steel, it would have been better.2. The complete feature is accessible only through a Bluetooth dongle and a 3.5-wire jack.3. Requires an app installation for full feature which is available on Windows and Mac OS. This means you won't be able to enjoy full features on a Phone or a Tablet.4. I was expecting a hard shell cover but they provided a microfibre-type cover.

Expensive but worthy
It is a nice headset. But keep in mind, only for pc use. Dts x is different from 7.1 in that the first one is software based and later is hardware based. Even though it has dts x, which is regarded as better than 7.1 surround, for phones dts x is not supported which makes it a conventional surround headphones. So if you're buying it to play games on phone, I'll recommend you buy a 7.1 surround headphones. For PC, you can definitely go with these. They are comfortable and sit on the ear right. Even though it has a bit of weight in it, it doesn't affect you're gaming sessions that much. The mic is great and has a flip to mute function too! It also has active noise cancellation which is very effective. The battery backup is very good. Without the lights on, they last more than a week without charging and using them for more than 3 hours everyday. The rgb lights can be controlled with the jbl app only and that too on pc.Connectivity is good with a 2.4 ghz dongle, bluetooth and an aux cable too! The usb c cable is only for charging. Also you have the ability to connect to 2 devices simultaneously, like through the dongle with pc and through bluetooth with phone. This way you'll never miss your calls during your gaming sessions!Even though they're a bit expensive, but are full of features. So if you're a pc gamer and looking for wireless headphones, this could be a good option to consider.

Best Headset under <10k+, Has Everything...Almost.
Seller: Appario Retail Private LtdDelivered Item: Brand New? Seems like new but is it? Didn't even had to press connect on my dongle on 1st try Hmmm...Product:The headset has everything. Literally. Well ..almost. But for under 10k+ I very much doubt there is a headset with this much package. Most reviews on Youtube can tell you alot of what Ill be missing. This will be my long indepth review.1. Simultaneous Bluetooth+Dongle (listening to two device at the same time). Works But the Bluetooth will take priority and sound from dongle drops a little (Not significantly though). This means you can receive calls from phone and listen to your PC at the same time. High End headset feature I must say. Bluetooth + Bluetooth doesn't seem simultaneous though. You will have to pause either of the phone.2. Charging while Listening. You can charge the headset while listening either on bluetooth or dongle. Charging cable is USBC, No adapter.3. The dongle USBC/A has wireless reach of about 35-40 ft to my testing. Through walls mind you. But without breaking off I would say 20 ft is fair. Haven't tested the Bluetooth Range. 10 ft max maybe. Didn't bother.4. The battery Last as advertised roughly 34 hrs I guess didn't stress test it. I first drained it to 0% and then charge to max for optimum performance. Have tested for 12 hrs without lighting where the battery drains from 100% to 80%. So really some people may last a week with this one. You can see the battery percentage value on phones where you turn on the Bluetooth. Or on the app if on PC.5. Wired 3.5mm cable with volume control and mic mute slider. You can use this Headset TURNED OFF and connect the jack cable and just use it. Have tested with my PC while the sound works whenever I turn on the mic I hear static sound and mic doesn't work AT ALL. But this seems to be the faulty of my PCs front port. Static Leakage maybe because when I tested it on Mobile device that has 3.5mm jack. Everything works flawless. Sounds and mic. No headset lighting with this cable.6. Volume for Dongle, Bluetooth and 3.5J? a)For Dongle the Control Wheel on Headset can be used separately/both with volume wheel on PC. Headset Volume wheel controls the depth of sound. b)For Bluetooth your device(phone) ONLY controls the volume as a whole c) For wired the cable ONLY will have control of volume7. Microphone is attached on headset. Not detachable. You can swivel it up to mute though. Comes with wind foam. Is clear enough but not A50X level crisp mic. For chatting in games, streams or on phone calls it will work and the other end will hear you good. 8/10 mic.8. Bluetooth does not lag for streaming or on youtube when I connect to my phone. For gaming? I haven't tested yet.9. PC app/software: Can have 5 profile. Each profiles can have 5 custom EQs. Each profiles remember the last custom EQs and use it. This is very Good feature imo.Sound (Dongle Only):1. The head set is neutral sounded on the 3.5mm cable and little Bass heavy on the Dongle or bluetooth. Seems like there is fix setting on the headset on wireless mode.2. It is virtual 7.1 surround sound. And Spatial Sound has two modes: a) JBL QuantumSphere 360. b) DTS Xv2.0 this you can interchange from PC app Only. You CAN turn it on from the headset itself though with two modes Spatial and Headtracking that has different EQs.3. Head Tracking works but it felt gimmicky a little. The real usage I feel is if you use this headset with VR assets. Only then it would feel like the real thing. If you are stationary absolutely useless so far for me. perhaps I do not know how to use it yet. Didn't bother to calibrate either. I heard its a headache to do so.4. JBL Quantumsphere 360 mode is for FPS games while DTS mode is for music listening and immersive Single player games. I Have attached my EQs if you want it.5. Imaging(Quantum360 mode) is not the best of the best I would say. You will have to get used to it. Since it is closed Back it really cannot reproduce like open back. Still 8.5/10 for front and side imaging and 6/10 for back Imaging. It will be good enough. Best under 10k? Top 5 atleast.6. Frequency range: Tested and function from 28hz-13khz. Bass is heavy. You can feel Rumbling but not to the extent of something like Audeze Maxwell as they say. 8.0/10 Though for me. Not muddy and its clear. You will have to increase volume to feel the bass. Mid range is good not great. This is where it performs with lower expectations. But the Good side is you can EQ using EPO EQ if you know how. But I didn't bother. Treble is clear and every instrument is audible I think. Everything with crisp? No Its not 1 Lakh headset calm down.7. Overall it is Good for under 10k. 8/10Cons(Uff..):1. 16 bit 44 htz wireless ONLY. LITERALLY!! its even LOCKED!!! Really JBL? You advertised as High Res hello? So no it is not 24 or 32 bit wireless Headset. It is 24 or 32 bit capable ONLY with 3.5mm jack. So is EVERY headset that is wired! Bluetooth is AAC ONLY! AAC is NOT high res JBL. LDAC or LHAC is. However, 16 bit is enough for the average. I doubt 6/10 would know the difference.2. JBL app does not support quantum 910. NO app for phones. Works without it though atleast on my phone.3. The material on earcup and head rest Will not last. 1 year maybe. Too thin. There is replacement though. All the quantums kits can be used. Buy 800+ series parts for safe measure.4. ANC has noise reduction of about -5db that is it. I really couldn't tell. The plush leather has outside noise suppression enough so really ANC doesnt sound that impressive with stock earcup. There is enough for variation in frequency though.5. Microphone works 2 ways. It has built-in NOISE Gain in wireless mode. This means for Louder and sustained sound after a few seconds the microphone recording sound will DROP automatically to 0. It basically means if you record yourself singing wirelessly? When you playback you will hear parts of the singing only. The problem is this cannot be controlled or switched off. Thanks JBL without mentioning it before purchase. While in 3.5mm wired this problem will not happen.6. The headphone is all made of plastic. Granted that doesn't mean it is weak. But the frame that holds the earcups is transparent. Gives a weak plastic feel. But i haven't read where they say it breaks though. Conclusion:If you come from High end Headphones or IEM earphones you will not be impressed. But if you come from below Rs3000/- headphones you might be impressed. Would I recommend it? Definitely for under Rs 10k or maybe upto 15k. It is the best in this price range i think. There is Quality Control issue though from reviews of others. So don't get the defect product. This headset is for the average guy. For the average guy it is VERY good. But Not for Music Recorders or makers.

It does what it promised.
I was apprehensive about using the JBL software since people reported volume issues when the software is installed. But I didn't face any such issues. I'm guessing they cleared the bug with updates. The audio is not audiophile level but it's good. Didn't face any issues with the mic. The battery also lasts longer when you have disabled the lights and ANC.The only con I felt is that the mic is non-detachable.
