What can I say? They slide. They’re easy and the triangle shape makes it easier. They work on carpet and hard floor. No excuses to skip bear climbing twists now.

I travel for work probably 50% of the time, and don't have very much time to go to the gym. These fit easily in my travel bag, and allow me to get a great total-core workout in less than 10 minutes from my hotel room. I like to use them for a few quick minutes before going to bed as well when at home. There are other corse sliders, but it's the little details that make a difference, and these are great quality. Easy to use on hard floor, or various kinds of carpet. Product was shipped very quickly after purchasing, and arrived on time and in good condition.

Easy to use. I live about 45 miles from the nearest gym. So going to the gym isn't practical for me. They glide well on my carpet.

Not exactly what I expected but they work well on carpet. The blue part is plastic so you can’t use it on some surfaces w/o scratching the surfaces

Loved these core sliders! I've only used them once so far but the product is quality and is smooth on carpet and wood. They are super easy and fun to use. I have as had a hard time getting in to home work outs but these are fun and make a quick work out enjoyable. I loved that I got a message from the company after my purchase. You can tell they really care about their customers.

Did not realize the bottom would scrape and screech upon the first use of them. And the fabric had already been peeled off the plastic when it arrived. (Which is weird, because I did not buy it used)

These glide well on my carpet and hardwood floors. The discs don't slip off my feet when I use them. I like the shape as well. Good purchase.

These glide extremely well on both types of floors at my home! Very simple and easy to use and will break a sweat in less than a minute 😆. Definitely recommend 👍.
