Love these jars for fruit
I love these. They seal really tight. I clean my fruit right when I get them and store my berries in the jars. My fruit lasts days longer than usual. The size is perfect for my fruit. Highly recommend@

Ball 32 oz wide mouth🥇
I was hesitant to get these because of the chance of receiving a shattered shipment. I ordered directly from Ball through Amazon and I am super impressed and pleased with my purchase. I ordered the set of 8 wide mouth 32 ouncers. Box within a box, individually bubble wrapped, xxtra bubble around ALL sides on the inside. Delivered a day early, up 2 flights of stairs to my doormat. Bravo Amazon driver and Ball!

Truly, how can any cook have too many Ball jars?
I love to cook, and I love Ball jars. I no longer “can,” as in “putting up”. But here’s an interesting question: why did I recently buy more one-quart Ball jars from Amazon after having bought a flat of 12 at my local hardware store several years ago? Because 1) I have so many jars already employed in my refrigerator holding grains and rices; and in my freezer holding partially-cooked ingredients; and 2) of course, a good host loves to send guests home with goodies, and liquids travel in Ball jars. I have Ball jars in my freezer with so many partially-cooked ingredients ready to go into my next casserole: blanched greens, sweet corn, aquafaba, and more…..and then the grains and rices after their containers were partially opened: hello, folks, yes, you DO need to refrigerate any and all grains/rices in the fridge—especially after they’re opened, and for that you need a Ball jar. Although I no longer “can” with Ball jars, I do send a lot of stuff away in Ball jars, and I even gave 3 empty quart jars to a neighbor who asked if I “had any extras” because she wanted to embark on making bone broth.

Cheaper at Publix!
Great jars! I just found them cheaper at my local Publix.

Canning jars are heavier, sturdier than many other brands.
These canning jars seem to me to be heavier and better quality than some other canning jars.
