Worked perfectly for our Lincoln MKX 2008. I googled how to put the vehicle in "programming" mode and once I had the instructions, it took less than 5 minutes to have both key fobs programmed to work. Note: if you already have a pre-owned key fob programmed, make sure to have it with you when you program these as you have to program any fob you want functional at the same time. A great economical option, highly recommend!

Literally so easy to program!! Took 1 minute!! Super nice and look exactly like our original fob. However the websites used to help set up the key can be tricky. One of them asked for my card information. They have scammy ads. Be careful

bought this for a 2001 excursion (limited) that didn't come with fobs when i ripped it off marketplace. it's lighter and slightly plastic-y when compared to the OEM fob. the range is also less than ideal but hey, it's cheap and easy so who cares. easy to program. To do it: open driver door ONLY > press the unlock button on door > Insert key, turn the ignition from OFF to RUN 8 times in 10 seconds, ending on RUN (doors should all lock and unlock, signaling it's ready) > push any button on fob(s) within 20 seconds of last step. it's not hard but you need to be fast. if you want to know if your vehicle is compatible with a fob, you can test it by trying to enter program mode (the key cycle song and dance described above) before you buy (i did it on my 06 xlt to see what'd happen and since it has no fob capabilities, the doors did not lock and unlock)

Super easy to program! The websites they provide as resources give clear instructions. Took me 30 seconds to program both remotes and now I don’t have to open my truck with the key 😊

I just followed the directions for programming the remotes that are in the owner's manual. Took about a minute to reprogram all three remotes (One original, two that I just got from this seller). I've included a screenshot of my instructions here. I'm sure it's a similar process for other models/years. All else fails, RTFM (if you know, you know).

Key fobs were programmed in 15 seconds. I was concerned about the acrual capabilities since Amazon is flooded with scams, but both fobs worked on the first try! *Edit* I purchased a second set in order to have one for each member of the family. Easy programming: 1. Key in ignition - off position 2. Open drivers door, press unlock burton on door 3. Within a 10-second interval, cycle key from off to run postion 8 times (without starting truck). Truck will trip the locks to confirm programming mode entered 4. Within 10 seconds of truck tripping locks, press a single button on each of the fobs one at a time. Truck will trip locks as confirmation. 5. Remove key from ignition and test fobs.

I have a 2006 F150. My key fob stopped working, the Ford dealership told it would cost over $200 to get a new one and have it programmed 🫤 Well, that was a lie. I bought this one and programmed it myself, it took less than 1 minute. I have a working key fob!!! 🤗 Turn the key off / on 8 times and press any button on the fob and that's it. Thank you Amazon.
