Can I use it on painted walls and ceilings

Im not too sure. I only use it on tiles to remove build up of mould. Its very good stuff and very strong bleach content. I would be hesitant spraying this on painted areas. I would check the instructions

Does it work on black mould you get on mastic around windows?

It has worked on all my mould round bath sealer which I presume is mastic, amazing stuff.

Though, with great difficulty, I was able to fit the tube into the spray head, I cannot separate the screw-on top from the spray head to use it!

There is a safety clip under the nozzle that needs to be removed first and then you twist the nozzle to start using. There is no need to touch the tube whatsoever.

Can i use this on the mould on back of curtains?

May I suggest you rub with the bar of vanish soap then spray till soaked then put into Washing machine, wash on synthetic or nylon wash, hang back up to dry , sometimes it's best done with window open. After having a shower each time draw the curtain so it gets the air to dry, repeat when needed. Hope the shower curtains scrub up
