Must have fry pan!
I absolutely love this T-Fall fry pan. This pan is 12 inches wide, 2 inches deep. Comes with a tight fitting glass lid. I also like the long handle with good grip rubber coating. I purchased this in July to give as a gift, but ended ip getting that person something more urgent needed. I left it in the “gift” closet til a couple weeks ago. I was sorting through the closet and thought what a great gift for ME. I love it. I have been using the smaller 10 inch size for a couple years. It still works as good today as when new. Excellent no stick. This pan was very reasonably priced, and speedy delivery with prime. The non stick capability is amazing. Eggs slide out. Easy to wash. I do not put in dishwasher. I like my pans to stay black and look nice hanging on my pot rack. This handle , and the smaller one I have, both have large holes on handle for hanging. I highly recommend this line of pans. It will quickly become your new favorite pan.

Vx3 - The perfect pan
Let me start by saying - I hate cast iron. I detest it. We have a set of lodge pans that are properly cared for seasoned, cleaned, blah blah blah and I can't stand cooking with them. I don't care what anyone says - they're sticky and a pain to clean and maintenance. Fast forward to this pan - I wanted a nonstick pan that wasn't ceramic (takes forever to heat up) and was made by a quality reputable brand and not just the cheapest Chinese factory they could find. This led me to T-fal, who have been doing this for years. Are there rules for nonstick pans? Absolutely. Do they require special care when using and storing? You bet. Are they 1000x better at not sticking and STILL less maintenance than cast iron? 1000% Not only this, but the platinum 10" pan I purchased is fantastic quality. I keep the heat to a medium so as not to aerosol the teflon, and I hand wash with a scrub daddy after every use. I store it with a towel on the cook surface to prevent scratching, and it works perfectly every. Single. Time. It's absolutely worth the money I spent on it and I plan to buy the complete set after this. Invest in a scrub daddy for cleaning, and some OXO silicone flippers and you'll be all set. Stick to the rules of teflon - medium heat, never metal utensils, and no dishwashers and you will enjoy perfectly cooked food in these pans for many many years to come.

What did I wait so long. Got rid of a whole set of heavy Staub cookware, that everything would stick
Awesome skillet. The non stick is superior. Most importantly first washing, drying and performing the first time seasoning before use. Applying lightly with a silicone brush oil . Quality is excellent, skillet exactly as described on website. Arrived in great condition, make sure you have the shipped in an Amazon box also, Along with manufacturer packaging so they are well protected during shipping. Eggs cooked perfectly! No sticking whatsoever. Also important is to understand this cookware is meant to be used On low to medium heat .. not high heat Also did stir fry veggies, salmon and chicken so far and no complaints, no issues!! Super. And for the money you can’t go wrong

Great Little Pan
Great pan. Perfect Size for small portions. Easy to clean. Definitely not dishwasher safe. The coating on the outside degrades but still cooks great. Handwashing highly recommended.

Fantastic pan that’s held up well
I waited for a few months to write this review as I wanted to see how the pan held up after regular use. I use this pan nearly daily. Months later, the nonstick surface is fantastic and has held up perfectly. I have zero complaints to date. I’m very careful with my pots and pans, particularly anything nonstick. I always wash and dry my pans by hand with warm soapy water and NEVER put them in the automatic dishwasher, and my husband also knows not to do so. I’ve had no warpage whatsoever, and no damage at all to the nonstick surface. These two things are key to a good review on any pan. If I had any complaint at all, it’s that the lid doesn’t fit exactly, which is the reason I gave it 4 stars rather than 5. It looks great and cooks quite evenly. I’ll definitely purchase more from this particular brand as the pricing is better than other such brands I’ve either purchased in the past or looked at on Amazon.

Best pan ever!
T-fal pulled off some magic voodoo alchemy when they designed this incredible pan. Ive had it for a few months now and it's absolutely the go to pan for everything that i can think of cooking in it. For starters, it has a clever function that lets you know when it's sufficiently hot. The outer red ring in the center of the pan has off color squares that turn the same color as the ring when the pan has properly preheated. That's a great feature on its own, but where the pan truly shines is the hard anodized non stick surface. The pan actually delivers on the non stick promise, to the point of perfection. For instance, i can crack two eggs into the pan without oil, and as soon as they set, they can slide around freely when the pan is tilted. I had cheese from cheeseburgers drip off the side of the patties on to the pan surface, and it lifted up along with the patties when i used a spatula to pull them off. This pan also sears incredibly well. I did two ribeye steaks with butter, rosemary, and garlic (pictured) searing them and basting as i cooked them. The sear came out better than any other non stick pan I've ever tried. The pan came with a nice heavy duty lid, the lid handle is wrapped so doesn't slip or get excessively hot. Cleaning the pan is as simple as wiping it out with a paper or dish towel. I've used wooden and metal utensils while cooking and so far don't see any scratches. Buy this awesome pan. Great Job T-fal!

Best "Wok" Ever - East meets West
A "wok" is a Chinese frying pan and the generic term "frying pan" (in English) is generally used to denote a Sauté pan. This T-fal "wok" is a perfect fusion of the two and once you own one and learn how to use it, you probably won't need another pan (unless it's another wok). The great thing to notice about this pan (vs. others) is its weight. It's 2.6 pounds. Take a look around at other 14-inch pans. None of them even come close and are more than likely at least double the weight. If you're one to pick up the pan and flip/toss food around, its weight is something to consider. Its only handicap is as you've probably already guessed - its lack of a lid. Fortunately, the workaround is easy -- just use the lid from the pan you are/will be replacing (as you won't be using it anymore once you discover the versatility of this pan). Also, it's important to note that you don't need a full 14" lid. With the pan's sloping sides, a smaller lid will work just fine. ***UPDATE #1*** May 9th, 2012 Wok is still in good condition. Teflon has worn a bit, non-stick efficacy isn't as great as when new but nonetheless working. So far, no flaking or other signs of concern. I use cooking spray when I make eggs, but otherwise not terribly needed. I should mention that I've been using OXO Good Grips Silicone Flexible Pancake Turner since I bought it. I don't believe there's a better spatula for this pan. ***UPDATE #2*** November 6th, 2012 Wok's non-stick ability is nearly gone, I use cooking spray every time. The pan's condition otherwise is fine. Handles aren't loose and other than the poor non-stick efficacy, the pan works. It should be mentioned that this pan has had, and is still under HEAVY use. Also, I've thoughtlessly left my electric stove turned on with the pan on top more than a couple of times raising the temperature much higher than its directed/intended use. I'm sure that wasn't good for the teflon coating. ***UPDATE #3*** September 12th, 2013 3 months ago, Mr. T-Fal Wok was diagnosed with pan cancer, aka rust. His protective coating finally gave in, and it wasn't long before before his forced retirement. It came so suddenly, I wasn't sure how to replace him at the time. However, a month ago I bought Cuisinart 726-38H Chef's Classic Stainless 14-Inch Stir-Fry Pan with Helper Handle and Glass Cover and I'm loving the replacement. ***UPDATE #4*** June 11th, 2015 I have since bought another T-fal. As I noted in the comments, I go back and forth. On one hand, I love the idea of clean cooking. That is to say, cooking without a chemical coating between the food and the pan. On the other hand, I love the ease of non-stick. Maybe I still have a lot to learn about cooking with stainless? Some final thoughts about this wok: 3 years isn't bad considering how much use it got. At a very bare minimum, I used the wok once a day. This means it survived over 1100 meals. More likely, this number is closer to 1700 to 2000 meals. Moreover, the pan isn't dead yet and will come out of retirement for camping trips. I wonder how long the coating would have survived if I had taken better care of it, i.e., not let the temperature get over 500 degrees F. Regardless, I have absolutely no regrets about the purchase. He has been a good friend. :-)
