New surface technology is great, nothing sticks. Clean with soapy sponge, or just paper towel it clean! Worth many times its cost! Excellent Quality, heavy duty construction. Not the toughest non-stick surface but definitely one of the best non-stick surfaces.

Let me start by saying - I hate cast iron. I detest it. We have a set of lodge pans that are properly cared for seasoned, cleaned, blah blah blah and I can't stand cooking with them. I don't care what anyone says - they're sticky and a pain to clean and maintenance. Fast forward to this pan - I wanted a nonstick pan that wasn't ceramic (takes forever to heat up) and was made by a quality reputable brand and not just the cheapest Chinese factory they could find. This led me to T-fal, who have been doing this for years. Are there rules for nonstick pans? Absolutely. Do they require special care when using and storing? You bet. Are they 1000x better at not sticking and STILL less maintenance than cast iron? 1000% Not only this, but the platinum 10" pan I purchased is fantastic quality. I keep the heat to a medium so as not to aerosol the teflon, and I hand wash with a scrub daddy after every use. I store it with a towel on the cook surface to prevent scratching, and it works perfectly every. Single. Time. It's absolutely worth the money I spent on it and I plan to buy the complete set after this. Invest in a scrub daddy for cleaning, and some OXO silicone flippers and you'll be all set. Stick to the rules of teflon - medium heat, never metal utensils, and no dishwashers and you will enjoy perfectly cooked food in these pans for many many years to come.

Nice talk fry pan but the ad is misleading. Pan’s total diameter is ten inches with a height of two inches, but actual cooking surface is only SEVEN inches. Not like the 10.5 inch T-Fal pan I was replacing. This pan is more for single serving portions. But it cooks fast on my gas burner. I will be using the pan for omelettes and it cleans up easily. The pan is more a shallow, 2" wide wok. Worthy of five stars for some people.

This nonstick pan is one of the best cookware investments I’ve made. I was looking for a new replacement for my T-fal non-stick pan set and this one come up in the search. It was more pricey than the normal non-stick but definitely worth the price. The stainless steel core provides excellent heat distribution, so everything cooks evenly without any hot spots. The non-stick coating feel thicker and more duravle than my previous set. The nonstick surface works perfectly, making cooking and cleanup a breeze. Plus, it’s sturdy without being too heavy, which makes it easy to handle. Overall, if you want a well-built, reliable pan that performs like a pro, this one is a fantastic choice! I bought the 8 inch to test out and planning on buying the 10 inch one to complete the set.

This T-Fal Pro Non-stick Fry pan is the very best I've ever had. I have used other T-Fal pans over the years and have been happy..... but this one is in a class by itself. It's heavy and sturdy, heats evenly ( be aware it takes a few extra seconds to preheat ) and cooks perfectly. The clean up is a breeze and NOTHING sticks! I love to cook and have no patience for poor quality tools in the kitchen. This fry pan has exceeded my expectations and I recommend it to anyone looking for the absolute best quality and function. Plus the price it right! You need this fry pan!

It was a little larger than I expected, but it's a good pan. I have bought other pans from T-fal and they are an excellent product.

I’m a few months in with this pan and it’s holding up great. For the money, it’s unbeatable. Great for eggs, veggies… even proteins. Buy with confidence.
