Best value for great neckband headset! Sound is amazing!
Battery life is great, comfortable to sleep in. They can be fully charged in about 20 minutes. The best value plus it comes with a Soundcore app so you can make adjustments to things.

These just survived a 45 min washing machine run
I am not sure why these are 4 stars. I have consistently been buying from Anker because of their insane battery life. I was compelled to write a review for this after I just got done with a washing machine run and they freakin survived.I was about to throw them away and thought, what the hell, lemme just test them to make sure. Lo and behold, it turned on and they are unchanged. Sound quality is the same. Took a phone call perfectly fine.If you want headphones with INSANE battery life and durability these are the ones. If you want like Beats level sound quality, well you are in the wrong price range my friend.

Good for the price, but they have one annoying feature.
For the price, the quality and sound of these headphones is pretty good. They attached to my Bluetooth really easily and there's never really any problems there. They're overall solid headphones. The only thing that annoys me about them is that there is a bright LED light on the play/power button and, if you like to wear your headphones at night while you sleep, this bright light shines basically anytime the audio pauses. The light is way brighter than it needs to be and can wake you up if you fall asleep with them on because the light is basically shining right into your face.

We don’t need no stinking instructions
After seeing a 20 page micro users guide with print so small I could never read it and then the high of finding a qrk code to upload a user guide only to find it was not available I decided to use the tried and true method. Just try it.I turned it on, a voice said batter full, I paired it with my iPad ( opened my Bluetooth saw a new item and clicked on it) went to Prime Video on my device and Bam, done and dusted, Bobs your Uncle.Turned it off the same way I turned it on, tiny short bar. Volume is the other bar. So now you too can skip the manual.Easy, soft ear buds with size choices which are also magnetic, nice sound quality for streaming. Haven’t tried music yet. It did come at full volume so turn it way down to save your drums.

Good sound and quality, bad microphone and tips
Pros: These feel and look really nice and high quality, they feel durable well made. I love the neckband, very comfortable, and the magnets that hold the we earbuds themselves together. They also sound pretty good, great for the price. Great battery life. Last for days.Cons: Terrible microphone, no one can hear me on calls so I have to switch to handheld/speaker. The earbud tips constantly fall off and get lost, if they get even slightly snagged on your shirt, bag etc. very frustrating.I like them but the cons are a deal breaker for me, so I'm returning them.

This "upgraded" model doesn't stay in my ears. Randomly shut off.
Update 4/20/24:I didn't think these could get worse but they did. The description claims BT 5 however when I tried pairing with my laptop while still connected to my phone I couldn't. Never had a problem doing that and just using the device I needed with the Soundcore Life U2 headphones. Now I can't even connect with these pieces of dung.Anker, you let me down. For years I've been telling people they can't go wrong with Ankor products (e.g. loose Micro USB after seizure & dropping yet STILL it reliably charged AND you guys reached out to me to replace it with my 4 star rating.) Everyone in my family has either a battery, cables or headphones from you guys now. If this is what's being put out now then sadly I can't get behind your products anymore. Even my wife, who has argued with me over not being able to see the difference between 1080 and 4K, said her pair sounded bad and has poor battery life and keeps trying to convince me to get something else.Original:I had purchased the older Soundcore Life U2 earbuds about 4 times (for myself, plus more for others) because the battery, sound and comfort were all top notch. I have used the awesome warranty on all because either the right earbud quit working or more commonly the power button broke. I still rated the Life U2 at 5-stars because of the warranty and they actually were pretty dang good. With almost constant use throughout the day I only needed to charge them about once every 3 days. During the last warranty exchange I was told the Life U2 was no longer being made however they'd send me the current U2i.The earbuds on the Life U2i don't fit my ears using the same size (biggest) silicone tips and fall out of both ears when doing basic life things. The battery needs charged every day now and they sound kind of muddy (even with bass boost off). My wife has the same problems with hers up to this point. MINE also randomly disconnect from my phone some days. My wife hasn't had *this* problem with her set. I added the sport thing (not included, from old Soundcore Life U2 earbuds) behind the silicone tip and that has helped a little. I probably have to fix them only half as much now. Running or rough ground they will fall out.I used to be able to play for a couple more hours when the first low battery message played. Now I don't get an hour. If these were the first Ankor earbuds I had purchased rather than first of many they would have also been the last.Knowing how the power button kept breaking I believe they may be fixed with this new design of it being smaller.Anker Soundcore Life had a really good run, unfortunately now it's time to find something else. I'm already screwing around with these.

VERY NICE
If you're trying to decide on which headphones to choose, these are great for the price. Super long battery. They play a super long distance from the device and have fine sound also they were super easy to pair. There is a slight learning curve when getting used to the tiny buttons but isn't that the way with all devices? For the instructions, a magnifier may be of use but over all they are just what I wanted. They are super!
