The brush is amazing. I put in my beard balm, brush it through and trim the ends with trimmer which is a great tool and my beard has never looked better.

Brush doesn't work at all for my hair. Comb is awkwardly short in length and feels terrible trying to use it to comb your hair with it. Have not tried the scissors at all. Even though everything looks nice it's either for a child or a person that doesn't have straight hair.

This is a solid grooming kit that has everything you need. It’s portable, gets the job done when you’re traveling, and is easy to pull out whenever you need it. Comb slides through hair smoothly, though I wish they had varying comb lengths. For what you get, it provides good value.

I got this kit specifically to add to my cosplay bag for bearded characters. The wood is smooth as silk and sturdy, and the brush hasn't lost a single bristle in multiple conventions. It makes getting a faux-beard under control so easy compared to fighting it with a rattail comb for hours, and gives it a very fluffy and natural finish look. The bristles are soft enough they don't pull at the latex underneath. The scissors are sharp and are actually the perfect size for helping trim the liquid latex and snip it off when removing.An absolute treasure for any cosplayer or theatre that ever needs a fake beard.
