“Great Comfort Upgrade with a Slight Sound Shift”
Rating: ★★★★☆ (4/5)I recently tried the WC Ear Pads, and overall, I’m quite pleased. The material feels premium and noticeably more comfortable than the stock pads. They significantly improved the fit and passive noise isolation on my headset. Installation was fairly straightforward, though a little tight—took a bit of patience. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that they slightly changed the sound profile (a bit more bass-heavy), but that might actually be a plus for some users. Great upgrade for the price!

Great but very thick
they look great but they are a lot thicker than the original, so they do not fit in the original case unfortunately...

No brainer replacement for original earcups
The media could not be loaded. These are a perfect fit for the Bose nc700 headphones. They're made better than the originals and have the added benefit of a slight cooling effect. They're more affordable than first party replacements plus you can get different styles. I compared side by side with originals and the sound quality and seal were identical with these on. They're easy to replace and instructions were simple to follow

My review, after looking at all other reviews
First of all, about my usage:I wear the headphones everyday, at work, to commute to work (walking) and on planes. My previous pads were extremely worned out.I don't consider myself an audiophile (I don't touch EQ settings and I don't go after every single sound detail).Changing to the WC Freeze was a massive upgrade, however it has its compromises. The pads are thicker and therefore it's a change in the original specification. This means AT LEAST, two things:* Your headphones are now taller when placed horizontal (see impact below / original headphone case)* Your ears are "further away" from the driver/speaker.Having said that, the compromises are the following:1) Fitting in the original headphones case (bose nc700) - they only fit if you "squash" the ear pads slightly to be able to close the case. If you use the original case a lot (I don't) it may have impact of the lifespan of the pads.2) Regarding sound - Some people complained about sound change. I admit that when I first tried out, I did notice a change in sound, however, let me emphasize that my previous pads were extremely worned out for months and I think it may be a placebo effect.3) Regarding ANC - Some people have complained about ANC. I notice absolutely no difference.4) Regarding installation - Very easy, just follow the video. Make sure you don't remove ALL the adhesive taps after replacing the inner pads (one of the adhesive tapes covers a wire, clearly explained in the official installation video).5) The "FREEZE" aspect of it - I'm going to be honest. I notice little to no difference comparing to the original. There's a difference in texture yes, the pads may "appear" cooler on the first 2 minutes, then you forget about it. Why did I get the freeze? It was £5 cheaper than the normal ones at the time of purchase.6) Regarding "upgrade"- Is it worth replacing if you have really the original pads still in good condition? For better sound, no. For style, that's up to you. I don't consider this "an upgrade" but a good replacement if the previous pads are ruined.Note: regarding 2) and 3), there's a change in specification so it's pretty much acceptable that some people will notice the difference more than others---Do I regret this purchase? No.It gave a brand new life to my headphones, they look nicer (got the 90s black color scheme). I'm considering changing my DT770 Beyerdynamics as well with these Wicked Cushions.

Love them
Comfy nice to touch and do great job at adding sound and cancellation effects as the headphones were designed.

Cooling works a treat for long listening sessions, may/may not affect sonic quality
This is actually a lot more comfortable than the original earcups, mind you it'll change the sound signature because it increases the distance from the driver units to your ears. Yet to be able to gauge properly how it's changed the noise cancelling abilities or at all, but the cooling effect is making it more comfortable for longer listening sessions.
