Dented, bent, poor quality globe/balls that look faulty and deformed. Was refuse any help, and any after sales support. No installation instructions, online video is different to the one I received, there is no bracket and missing parts. There is no earth wire, usually in the UK you would find this on light fittings. Really poor experience unfortunately. Don’t trust this brand or this item. Buy from the high street rather than this.

Hi, I have ordered this item early June, unfortunately by the time it was installed and find out the problems around it, the return period has expired. There isn't anyone to contact and none to assist with my issue. When delivery arrived the item was inspected and didn't appear to have a problem, until installation when we found out that the main screw connection on the T section doesn't work and one of the globe holders was missing. If someone could help, I would really appreciate it. Thank you!

Questo lampadario è esattamente quello che cercavo per la mia sala da pranzo: bellissimo esteticamente, con un design che colpisce subito e che riceve sempre complimenti dagli ospiti. Très satisfaite du produit. Le rendu est top et qualitatif. Prix très intéressant compte tenu de la présence de toutes les ampoules et d'un globe de rechange dans le colis. L'emballage est prévu pour qu'il n'y ait pas de casse . Modèle bien pensé et facile à monter.
