First off, this is 35% pistachio, which means the texture is slightly different than the ones with less pistachio but more filler to create a smoother texture. This is so delicious too. I make pistachio puff pastries with it too, and gosh, it's just too delicious. You can genuinely use it for a whole variety of recipes and desserts. The color is vibrant and does it without a bunch of fake colorings. Even the packaging is superior, with a nice sturdy tub that holds all this deliciousness safe in the fridge between bar making sessions. And what about the final product? Well, I use a mixture of dark chocolates and a kadayif that really holds up, so the end product bars are so good that I will definitely gain weight if I don't exercise some serious self-control. Highly recommended.
