The product does say this isn’t for deep cleaning and this is very much true.It’s great for small quick jobs, cleaning windows, shower screens and getting some dirt out of crevices.This steam cleaner does not work with ingrained dirt, and a lot of surfaces will still need an initial wipe down. It does speed up the process.The main annoying thing about this is it only takes 250ml of water, and you have to wait half an hour between jobs to let it cool down so you can open and refill. It has cleaned my floor length windows in and out great, however I am having to wait as I only managed 3 out of 5.Overall an ok product, but if you have the money, I would by a bigger one.

I was a bit worried about purchasing this, as not everyone has been happy with it. I’m not one of them. I am very happy with it. It’s not a pressure washer, so it doesn’t always look like it has done anything when you use it, but then you use a cloth over we’re you have steamed and suddenly it’s magic. I have been struggling with cleaning the grouting in one specific spot on my floor under a cabinet for a while. This loosened the grime completely so that it looked new with just a wipe of kitchen towel after using it. I have had steam cleaners before which had more power behind them, which did act like pressure washers and would clean the entire bathroom or kitchen. This is more gentle and directed. This means you can only clean a smaller area, but you also don’t have to clean up a load of splash back. I would not recommend this for larger scale jobs, but for a sink or something small, it’s fine. It did not create a lot of water before steaming, it wasn’t to heavy to hold, and the parts didn’t get hot when holding them. The downsides were that the 3m lead needs to be longer, there’s no on/off switch (you have to unplug) and holding the handle in to release the steam isn’t ideal and cramps up your hand. However, a good little steamer.

Easy to use and does the job

I bought this item to clean my car and also some marks on upholstery around the house - it works great! It's very portable (domestic kettle size) which is ideal for what I need. The steam can be regulated by the handle so you can have a little wisp of steam or a jet. Can't wait to use it on some marks and stains in my car. Great item - thank you

Great steamer. It takes bout 200ml of water and heats up in about 2 min, but steams for a long time. Already tried few different attachments, and it works great for cleaning, plus it is great sanitizer.

good cocept for eco cleaning with or without use of cleaning detergents better on tough stains.

The light does not go green and the steam is not actually hot at all… I’ve put my hand directly in front of the steam and it’s barely warm…. Total waste of money to be honest :(
