Bought this for a Mac mini to use with zoom, as I am using an external monitor without a camera. I had bought a camera prior to buying this camera, and it was not much less than cost of this one, but it was terribl. It only had 1080p camera and you couldn't see anything If light was not perfect and it also didn't have zoom feature. This camera has a 4k camera, and up close appears pin sharp, but I would say you still need good light to utilise it, although it didn't need to be perfect lighting like the cheaper one I purchased and returned. The zoom feature is a welcome one, but be aware the 9x zoom isn't sufficient for you to sit at a huge distance away and zoom in. I tried to use with an android TV and setting up zoom there and sitting on couch during it, but the zoom couldn't get close to focusing on faces from about 10 feet away. You probably want to be within about 3-4 feet distance. Remote control was another welcome feature, and generally works well, but sometimes it can glitch and doesn't respond straight away. For the price and feature set, you can't really go wrong. It even comes with a little tripod, although this isn't something I would find useful, as it would have needed to be too far away from my TV to use this way, and so it now lives above an external monitor next to my Mac mini. It's considerably cheaper than more recognised brands and you get more features. It can't compete with super expensive products that cost 5-10 times the price obviously, so keep that in mind, and base your expectations on the price you are paying. You are getting a very good camera for a very reasonable price, and if you just want to use for everyday use such as calls to family and work related video conferencing, it's great.

I am absolutely delighted with this Web Camera, both in performance and flexibility. I hold regular Zoom and MS-Teams online meetings and needed a webcam that allowed me to zoom in and out as well as incorporating a microphone. I am using the webcam with my tower desktop PC, wireless keyboard & mouse, a curved monitor, and a soundbar. This webcam works so well both in imaging quality and audio quality. The zooming function using the supplied remote control is perfect for my requirements. Having an adjustable foot which takes either a full size tripod or the supplied mini tripod, as well as providing a solid footing when used on a desk just enhances its flexibility, even more so with the built in direction toggle on the remote control. And the built in microphone, even with the webcam over five feet away, provides perfect, clear audio, far superior to anything else I have used, and all without any feedback from the sound system. Using the remote control, I can individually switch off the camera and the microphone without needing to use the meeting applications. I haven't tried out the preset positions as yet. I can thoroughly recommend this Web Camera. If I could award it 6 stars, I would.

I purchase this webcam to use with my ipad whilst playing darts with the darts mind application What can I say it is absolutely perfect and does an excellent job. Firstly the base has a threaded hole to mount on a standard tripod or camera mount and secondly the picture is absolutely amazing. The ipad acceptes the connection without issue and works ever time I plug it in withjout any setting up. Also came with a remote and a small tripod which are a welcome extra. Highly recommended and great value

The webcam itself is great and would have been 5 stars. But it keeps flipping the screen upside down and zooming in when I'm on calls, which isn't great or professional. The 'answer' is to press manual focus on the remote control, but this does still not solve the problem. It's becoming too much of an issue and I'm going to have to replace with a different one. Shame.

Plug and play with Windows 11 is fine, no issues. Image quality is very good, not as sharp as some other 4k webcams but it's nowhere near as expensive as better webcams. It's best with good lighting, a bit of noise in lower light but not too bad. Someone said it may be 1080p upscaled to 4k. If that's the case, it does a VERY good job at upscaling the image. Colour reproduction is very good, no issues at all there. Skin colours look perfect and everything else is nice and vivid. You can always adjust the settings if it's not to your liking anyway. Auto-focus is good most of the time, it has gone a bit funny a couple of times but that's over a few weeks of use, not a big issue for me. For the price (£32 after the voucher) you can't beat it.

I could not be happier with this webcam for 3 reasons. 1. It's really easy to fit onto the screen, no clamps to tighten or position, the cable is plenty long enough to reach my PC under the desk. The included tripod is also a great added bonus as its also easy to attach for when mobile with a laptop. 2. With plug and play set up was no hassle. The picture and sound quality are perfect and can not be faulted. The remote means that fine tuning can be done easily without having to fiddle with the camera to find the right screen position or having to find the settings on my PC. 3. Price. Excellent value for what you're getting. All in all I can't fault this purchase.

Camera stopped working after a few weeks. I tried different USB ports and it still kept turning off while in the middle of virtual meetings. The image quality was great so it's a shame the camera wasn't built to last.

Bought the webcam for personal use with a friend (on Discord). As of writing this, I've had the webcam for almost a month, using it almost every day. The plugin was easy, no installs required. The remote is very handy, with features like: - zoom in/out - very useful if the camera is a bit too far or if there are items in the room you'd rather not be in the field of view - reset/max zoom - moving the camera inside the webcam to adjust yourself better in the picture - flipping the image vertically/horizontally (if you require it) - and (my favourite) the options for auto-focus and manual-focus. These come in handy if you hold a piece of paper with writing that the camera doesn't immeediately focus on, or if the focus just happens to not adjust correctly (which happened once or twice over the month, so very rare and very simple fix). I've discovered last night that it works well in the dark with very minimal lightsource(s) (just my monitor in a dark room), and even with a bright red light in front of me, it was smart enough to adjust the image lighting to appear more natural (I assume via a blue filter applied to the image). First webcam I've bought, after searching for a few days and researching fps, quality, clarity, focus and what not, and honestly I am very happy with the choice of this particular one - quality is very good, easy to use, remote is handy, and I've had no issues with it (touch wood!).
