They look really nice and are good quality

Can’t remember if this is our first purchase or second but both purchases of these panels have been great! Packaging is a bit questionable but everything has come intact! Delivery due to where we live in the Highlands and Islands has been a bit questionable due to third party faults but other than that these are great value for money easy to install and feel and look good!

It wasn’t quite right in colour for what we wanted, but the customer service was excellent and the return process fairly simple and refundable was swift. The product felt of good quality, just a shame it was quite the right colour. This is the only reason given 4 star.

Very dissapointed, slats are smaller than the gap between them. looks very cheap, also light grey is almost white. I contacted seller to return them and asked for collection as almost 8ft tall and very heavy. After going back and forth. They agreed to arrange collection for a fee of £40. I paid £100 for two. Contacted amazon as not happy, as a buyer we have a right to return a product that has not met your expectations. No help from them either. I returned them costing me £40 so got a £60 refund, but i was never going to put them up as look so bad, so better witj £60 back than nothing....... Would definetly not recommend.

Easy to cut easy to fit using a no nails type product. Looks great on the wall.
