I have gradually purchased most all their pots & pans, one by one, bc I like them so well. The handles hasn't shown any signs of wear and tear at all. Induction glass top doesn't over heat the sides and handles like gas stoves do; especially if you get the flame up too high. These are perfect for induction cooking. Their very non-stick and cleans extremely easily. I treat the pans like the instructions say and all has been well. I seen tips to not hit the rim with your metal utensils, or they'll chip. I believe it, so I don't do that. Their not made to place in the dishwasher, so I don't do that either. Their pretty pans. The metal plate on this one covers the entire bottom of this skillet, unlike some of their other pans. Had I figured that out early on I would not have purchased those; although they still work. But a bigger plate means the entire bottom gets hot, not just the center area. Their near perfection except that I do wish the pour spout was on the other side.

This is an awesome pan. I bought it to help my low vision nephew to be able to tell when beef is cooked completely. With traditional dark pans he struggled to tell if it was still pink or cooked thoroughly. With this lighter colored pan he can distinguish if the meat is still pink. Plus, this pan cooks evenly, cleans easily, and has held up nicely after many washings. It is a very nice size with higher sides than other pans. And it comes with a nice lid. Something to take note of is this pan is a little on the heavy side. But, nothing too heavy. The high quality makes it all worth it. I highly recommend this pan.

I am new to ceramic cookery. I usually prefer cast iron, but this is my new favorite it’s large so I can cook a one pan meal in it. I can use it to prepare breakfast with scrambled eggs on one-sided and meet on the other. I can also boil that pasta in it. I can use this one pan to boil, sauté, and then incorporate all together. It was a little pricey, but I haven’t priced them another store, so I’m not sure about that either. I really love this pan though. I love the glass lid. I love the weight of this pan. The only bummer for me is that I can’t pop it into the oven but whatever I loved this pan I would purchase it again.

I bought the 11 inch, white ceramic pan. It is a very attractive pan and it is very functional. There are a couple things to improve it. The size and high sides make it perfect for browning a pound of ground meat. It is non-stick and easy to clean. I wash by hand and do not use metal or abrasive utensils with it, so I have not had any problems with scratches or chips. The weight is manageable. Something to improve on this pan is the pour spout. It is only on one side. Ideally, there would be a spout on both sides. I like to hold the pan in my left hand while scraping or stirring with utensils in my right hand. For this, the spout is on the wrong side. Also to improve are the seams. The pan itself is easy to clean. But the handle and lid have seams that allow food or wash water to get inside. Something that is a little strange is when I first put it on the stove (I have a gas stove), the pan makes loud popping sounds. Is this moisture under the steel plate on the bottom? It does not affect the functionality of the pan. It just startled me the first few times I used it. Overall, this is a good pan. I would buy it again!

Horrible pan, don’t get white. We had a gray one with no issues but the white sticks horribly from day 1 with the same care as the gray one. Tried to reach out to customer support on their website and never heard back. Throwing it away after less than a month of use.

Very nice pan - easy to clean - definitely nonstick, stuff just slides off. Very pretty color I got in the ivory. Heats quickly and evenly. Very easy to screw on the handle. Lightweight so easy to handle with one hand which is important for me. Handle does not get hot.

This pan has been fine over low to medium heat; however, the handle cannot take the heat. I had the pan slightly off center on the burner and the bottom of the handle scorched, filling the kitchen with burnt plastic fumes.

I really enjoy using the pan and food doesn't stick. It's also easy to clean. I had recently purchased some expensive pans at Costco that claimed to be non-stick but food like eggs easily stuck to the textured surface.

First of all, I like the design and the colour and that it comes with a glass lid. The wooden handle doesn’t get hot and is very sturdy. The package also comes with a small screwdriver for you to assemble the handle to the pan, which is quite thoughtful. The depth of the pan makes it quite versatile: I sometimes use it to make a small soup. I’ve been using this ceramic coating non-stick pan for a few months now. I could say it’s of a very good quality. It is truly non stick. You just add a bit of oil to make the food slide on the pan freely. Cleaning is easy. Even sometimes there maybe residues on the surface, it can easily be cleaned with dish soap and warm water without scrubbing it. I do make effort to keep it in good shape, e.g., I always make sure to use the soft side of the sponge to clean. And avoid using any stainless steel spatula or utensils to prevent scratching the surface. I turn on to medium heat to allow a bit of time for it to heat up instead of turning straight to high heat. All the photos were taken after a few months of use and the pan still looks new! So as long as you take good care of it, I believe it could last for a long time.

I received this pan about a week ago and I have used it three times since. Very happy with it. I followed the instructions on initial pan preparation and it is performing beautifully. Even heat distribution and is cooking beautifully. Best of all a breeze to clean. The fact that the glass cover is included is a bonus. I happen to be one of those people that could not even make a straight pony tail for my daughter when she was a youngster; it was always crooked. So when I tell you that it is crazy easy to attach the handle, please believe me. :-)

Beautiful and non-stick, solid, great quality

I regret buying this pan. It was advertised as suitable for gas stoves, but now the seller claims it should only be used on medium/low heat—something that was never stated in the product description. If a pan isn’t built to handle normal cooking temperatures, that’s a serious flaw. After minimal use, the non-stick coating started lifting, and now everything sticks, making it completely unusable. I followed all care instructions and used the pan properly, yet the quality deteriorated far too quickly. If you’re looking for a durable, reliable pan, do not buy this one. The quality is poor, and the product description is misleading. Save your money and get something that will actually last.

This is a great pan, it heats quickly and with non stick, really easy to wash. It's deep enough that it's versatile. I only used it about a dozen times since my purchase but so far there is no discolouration of any kind. The only thing that I missed was there are two openings on both sides (I assume to make pouring liquids easily from the pan) but you will need to account for evaporation as well as you need to be careful when you have the cover as you could burn your arms if you hover over the pan with the cover on as you could get burned from the steam.
