I would suggest getting the medium. I’m 34/29/45 and I got a large. It fits snug but comfortable. If you’re looking for it to be SUPER tight, then go with the small. Hope this helps!

No it doesn’t. I love my shaperx . I would go up a size when I buy my second pair I’m finding that the garment pinches me in the groin area.. otherwise, I love it
