While this little guy isn't much bigger than my cell phone, it out performs the rest of our computers here in our house. I call it a palm top computer, and I'm using it to replace my old Dell desktop. And so far it does! It has an Intel processor that can work up to 4.7 Ghz. Once it's setup from power of to the desktop is 12.8 seconds due to it have an SSD boot drive which is made by Kingston Technologies. 1 TB of storage along with 32 GB of DDR4 RAM which you CAN upgrade. It has no moving parts other than the fan which keeps the CPU cool and quiet. Windows 11 PRO is pre installed and you just need to setup the OS for yourself. Total setup time was under 30 minutes. So far I've had no compatibility issues with any programs. It DOES try to set you up on Microsoft Edge and Outlook, but it's easy enough to change that. I'm not a gamer except for one game I play online, but the load times have dramatically decreased on it, and the video quality is very good. As far as it being a AAA platform, I didn't pay those but other reviews suggest it hits the mark with most of them. It DOES have an AMIBIOS which is a little lacking on options, but it does have the basics. It comes with a 3 year warranty, which is above standard versus other minis. The fan is ultra quiet and reliable for keeping temps down. It can support up to 4 monitors but that's not what I'm using it for. It also has built-in Bluetooth and Wi-Fi so I don't need to add those in. It has one LAN Ethernet port rated at 2.5 Ghps. That's a faster rating than my fiber router. I'll be buying more of these during the year to upgrade some of our other desktops, and after I run some other diagnostics I'll upload those results to here. But it's 5 stars from me.

I bought this because I realized my Desktop was basically a floor heater and consumed massive power and was overkill for what I used it for, so decided to buy one of these to be my "daily driver" desktop. I am very impressed with this little device,, the design and heat management are very elegant and work very effectively. The system meets all my daily driver needs and was easy to setup. Did some upgrades and installed my own version of Windows and the system now functions on a similar level to my desktop. Always update the EC Version and BIOS (they are normally out of date), and understand the Windows is an OEM version so if you use a domain or non-online auth system updates can be troublesome (why I installed my own Windows). It comes with a single 16 GB SODIMM so might want to add a second to improve performance of the Intel Arc video (dual path memory). While this is slightly higher cost than other models it is very well designed and cheaper than a full NUC, so definitely worth the extra money to get something on the same level if not better. Power consumption was one of my needs for this and it does not disappoint, very low power usage (~20W Idle) so really saves on heat. Speed of the system is very responsive even before my upgrades, so if you want a responsive system this one definitely fits that need. It is also extremely quiet and makes no noise that I can detect. Overall the is better than buying a laptop, more transportable in many ways, makes for excellent gaming (admittedly I don't play any new games and don't game like I used to) if you are not running the latest released games, and for coding, video work, media play, this is a superb system. Bought others to replace my media centers in other areas of my house (IT13 and A6). I am very impressed with it and recommend it if you are looking for something to do work. If you are a heavy gamer playing the latest releases maybe not a good fit for that, but light gaming and even AI usage this is excellent option.

[Update 08/14/26] I com from a long line of home-built ASUS towers and laptops. So far I have to say this Geekkom is a remarkable product. Fast and simple way to jump into a new computer -- no more home-built for me. Not with products like this on the market. And the vendor is #1, first rate! I was also looking at another brand that offered more SSD card slots but this thing is powerful enough as it is. Cost had me settle on this MINI-IT12 model and no regrets. It's solid so far. Originally Purchased to replace my old obsolete mini tower and it's about 1/48th the size, so it fits nicely under the edge of my old VGA monitor for which I also bought an HDMI to VGA adapter here on Amazon and it works great too. not to mention the Geekom is very quiet and runs circle around the old tower.

I recently bought this GEEKOM Mini PC IT12, and I must say it's just what I needed. After being a Dell fan since 1992 (Yes that when Windows 3.1 came out), I've owned several Dell's. My last Dell XPS 8500 lasted me what, 12 years. I say all this because I'd never thought about getting another brand. The Answer was this GEEKOM Mini PC IT12. I did a months worth of research and found this to be the best in price, best built, quality and power. It came very nicely packaged and unscathed during shipping. Considering all the USB ports this has and for my needs it fit the bill. The graphics on the new card are making my older monitor look great, and coming from sata drives to SSD is well, if you've not made the switch it's pretty ineradicable if you ask me. I'm not a big tech guy, but it connected to my wi-fi in a snap, the sound is good that this machine creates and all the other specs this mini has all work to expectation. I honestly don't do a lot with my new GEEKOM, but when I do, it's fast and seriously a joy to have for this 67 yr old. I've not felt it to ever be hot, stays cool, and for the price I'm really glad I was able to get this mini computer.

It's amazing how much power they can pack into one of these tiny boxes. If you laid your smart phone on top of this computer, it would hang over about an inch top and bottom. It's easy to install an additional interior drive (I took a 1 TB out of my old tower and installed it in about 5 minutes). All in all, I've got almost 6 TGB of storage using a USB docking station. It's quick, QUIET, and so far, I'm quite happy with it. My only downer is that, for gamers, you're not going to be able to play games that need an RTX 4090 graphics card. However, the Iris Xe graphics engine is good enough to handle some less demanding games like No Man's Sky, Shapez 2, Captain of Industry, Cataclismo, and Going Medieval. So, unless you really need to pay over $1K more for an RTX 4090 system, this is a good bet.

Purchased this to replace an older HP Desktop Tower that was over 5 years old. Was a bit skeptical at first, but after reading some of the reviews, I was convinced to try it! The replacement was needed for mostly emails and online browsing, and I am happy to report that this was a great choice! Compatible with everything we already have - monitor, keyboard, etc. Instead of a big tower taking up a lot of room, this mini PC sits nicely on the desk freeing up tons of space on the desk. It turns on easily and is very quiet. What used to take us 4 minutes or longer to get the computer up and running is now taking about 30 seconds!!!!! The transfer of data from one tower to this one was a breeze. Takes a little time but the system clearly tell you what is happening every step of the way! Very happy with this purchase.

Works better than expected. Figured it might be small performance in a small package. I was wrong, HIGH PERFORMANCE in a small package. It replaced a Dell computer from about 5 years ago, and the performance is great. Used mostly for Internet, (not first person shooter) games, and word processing. It does a really good job. It is amazing you can get this much power out of such a small sized computer. I've had Mac Minis for years, & I know Apple's performance, but for a Windows Machine this is great.

Just received a Mini IT 12. Works great and on my desktop BUT the fan kicks on full for any load. Even just sitting idle with no apps open. Already changed the bios to quiet mode. This makes it start out silent but the fan kicks on after a minute. I would return this if there is no fix. Hope their support can help me. Update: After only about a day Customer Service reached back out to me, my fault as I contacted the wrong group. They provided a BIOS solution to install and it works!! Now I can't hear it under normal load and while surfing or watching videos. Great little machine , capable of playing Halo albeit not at the higher specs. For surfing and every day, it's almost instantaneous. Boots to Win 11 in maybe 10 seconds. I'll update again if anything changes but I like this.

I bought this for my Church and I am using it for projection of words and video. It is fast enough and I am having no lag or delay. Very happy with this buy.

It is working fast & powerful. The only thing I would loke to point out is that the fan is sometimes not very quiet.

I need a computer for studying, and this one is ideal. It’s compact, fast, and can handle multiple apps simultaneously without slowing down. The minimal noise is great for staying focused, making it perfect for students or business use.
