I’ve only been taking this for about a week and I have already noticed my strength is significantly up! I’ve been taking more supplemental protein as well (skeletal muscle supports mitochondria too) and I think that has helped as well; also I do red light therapy for mitochondria. And, I’ve been consuming pomegranates lol! Charging up those mitochondria. I’m impressed with this product! I’m 44 and in decent shape; I’ve been trying different supplements over the last two decades and I think this product may have a good thing going! It all makes sense! Mitochondria make sense! Thank you for the great product and thank you for making this more affordable than some of the other producers of urolithin A. It is a pricey supplement in general, but I’m digging this! I’ve read about another woman that is 41 who’s been weight training for a long time and feeling her strength decrease, only to take this supplement and have her strength dramatically increase. It makes sense! Mitochondria are energy powerhouses and so much more. They are little spark plugs of life! I hope this isn’t a premature review; I really think it is helping! I also think I may be in the small percentage of people that produce urolithin A; a bowl of fresh pomegranate seeds has been for the longest time one of the most invigorating foods for me to eat; it jump starts my energy and overall health. My naturopathic doctor recommended taking this supplement, and this is a great product! It is MUCH, much more reasonably priced than the similar product being constantly promoted by many many podcasters out there (who are sponsored by the company that manufactures it!)

Two capsules have a black spot. I quit taking them and emailed the company to find out what they were and if they were safe. If the manufacturer says they are safe and replaces them, most likely, I will continue taking them.

Seems like good quality

I have been taking this for 2 and 1/2 months now. I'm an avid cyclist riding two to four times a week. I climb a lot of hills. I have not changed my workouts but I have noticed increased leg strength when climbing hills and my overall speed has increased.

Felt a difference in my energy level right away but not in the jittery, nervous way. Helps me stay awake after my workouts!

Bought this product two times before no issue. I got the product and was a much shorter container with only 15 capsules- clearly on the front it says 30 capsules/15 day supply. I have no way of returning this as returns not allowed and will not order again.
