This is one of the best gift I bought for myself. It heats and vibrates when used for messaging skin. I feels very relaxed and skin feels tighter after using it! Definitely worth the money.

I'm updating my review from 3 to 5 stars based on customer service alone. The seller reached out to me and sent a replacement. So refreshing to receive customer service! After using twice a week for 5 months (so 40 uses) it shows it's charging but never charges. I left it plugged in for 12 hours. I then tried using it but never came on. So then I tried charging again. It just won't take a charge. So it's just not worth the money

Heard a lot about this product and decided to try it. The design sculpts the face and neck really well. I can use it for such extended period of time without getting bored. There are multiple functions red for hot which gives you soothing glow followed by blue that cools your face down. These two are my most favorite features. I have used this to message my neck also. Works well and will buy again especially as gift for my friends

UPDATED REVIEW… After I left my first review, I was contacted by the company and they are sending me a brand new one, they were very apologetic and said that this brand has a 12 month warranty on it! So I’m hoping that this battery will work much better, once I receive it, I will come back and leave another updated review. I really like this device, however o have had it less than two months and it already will not hold a charge. Very disappointed with the battery!!! If the battery would hold I would definitely give a five star!!

Didn’t even last 6 months and died.

Really enjoying this little device. It gets fairly warm when using the heat setting which I find really helps relax tense areas of my face and feels like it encourages drainage from sinuses and lymph nodes. Face seems less puffy overall and it really does seem to significantly help serums soak into the skin. My only qualm is that mine seems to be missing the charging cable that should come with it. It is USB-C, so I happen to have another cable I can use but it’s a bummer that I don’t have the option to use the little one that comes with it when traveling etc. the manufacturer doesn’t seem to offer direct customer service, so my only choice is to return the whole thing for an exchange.
