This is a tall chair.

The chair is really nice and spacious but the lumbar support sticks out so much. Even when I adjust it so that it's "off", it makes half an inch of a difference. I love everything else about the chair.

The second I bought it and put it together. I sat in it and the cheap aluminum legs bent, and now it is unusable.

So I will say this supports my 250lb husband just fine, which not all chairs can do. It fits him fine too. My 5'3" self however struggle with it. On the lowest setting I can barely put my feet flat on the floor. The lowest settings on the headrest and lumbar support are also too high for me. I can't even recline it, it pushes me back forward (he does it fine). So my thoughts are this is not for short people. Probably 5'6"-5'7" and above. It's comfortable enough but again, not ideal for someone or my stature.

Really comfortable chair, though the foot rest part is a little flimsy and awkward to operate. Still, it's a great office chair - comfortable, breathable, and adjustable. I feel like the lumbar support is a little high for my body, but it's a nice feature. I love how it looks in the gray - makes it unobtrusive and less somber than a standard black chair. NOT easy to assemble - I was sweating to death trying to wrestle it together, but the payoff is worth the effort.
