Great value for Money
I always appreciate xiaomi products. It came with great value of money. The product quality and appearance is amazing. One concern is the on/off switch looks very weak.

Lasted two weeks!
It got spoiled after two weeks of using. I got a warranty but I have to go and drop it to them and get it fixed. Please don’t buy this.

Not UAE 3 pin plug
Good product but note that it is NOT suitable for UAE plugs. You will need an adaptor from 2 to 3 pin connection.

Kettle is great but the switch breaks!
Great kettle but has a genuine issue with the on off switch which is very delicate and breaks really fast. I only saw the reviews for this when trying to reorder the same kettle and now will contact their support as still under warranty. Will report here on how the warranty claim went. Updated: Amazon swiftly accepted the return and refunded the entire amount as it was still under 1 year warranty.
