Versatile . Blocks sun . Using as a temporary balcony umbrella
Cool little umbrella not small not huge . I live in SoCal so not much wind or rain here . However I have this thing attached to my balcony rail for some temporary shade. I've never taken it down and it’s still in great condition. I will say that the threads where you twist the umbrella pole into the base have loosened over time but not enough to make it fly away or anything. This thing really comes in handy and has a nice little matching carry bag. the tilt is adjustable . Very versatile . I do wish it was slightly bigger with a taller pole but it works perfect for a chair and provides adequate shade attached to my balcony rail . It has rained lightly here and the umbrella hasn’t faded or anything. Pretty sturdy. I would definitely recommend

Works great for my son’s soccer practice
I didn’t like that it was flimsy and blew a LOT when it was windy BUT it did stay up and did keep us cool in the shade so it did its job. It is very lightweight making it easy to carry with a baby, diaper & soccer bag, and chair LOL. It was easy to use, stayed put and overall worth the money.

A mixed bag
I'm going to start with the positives. I bought this to attach to a Transit chair. It's a nice size. It's not going to entirely cover a person in a wheelchair but with the adjustment ability, it gets pretty close. It's pretty and the colors are vibrant. It easily goes back into its sleeve to protect it. It doesn't weigh much, easily stored into the car. I saw a lot of reviews about it not doing well in wind but it's not really designed to hold up in wind nor is any regular umbrella. It will hold up in a slight breeze and it will hold up in rain. Now for the negatives: it's not very easy to put on a Transit chair nor would I expect it to be easy to put on just about anything. The problem is how it connects. You have to make a lot of adjustments and then it was kind of moving on the aluminum tubing. It's also hard to find a place to put it to get the best coverage, but that would be more of a chair problem however it would have been nice if they could have factored that in. I wish it would have been just a little bit bigger. Another inch or two in the umbrella circumference would make all the difference when you're trying to cover someone in a wheelchair. The worst part is the attachment mechanism. It's really not designed well to go along a tubular structure. And once you get it set up, you don't want to take it apart but you kind of have to take it right back off in order to fold the wheelchair up and get it back in the car. That's because you're going to do damage to your car if you don't. If you put it on the back it's hitting the back car seats or the back opening door, and if you put it on the side rails, it makes it difficult to fold up the chair and then you have to worry about breaking it because you've thrown something on top of the chair. The attachment is just a little too unwieldy. I took off one star only for the attachment because I think it could have been designed better and tested better before production but once you do get it on properly, it doesn't move and has no problem holding up the umbrella.

Wonderful shade umbrella
Loved having this as a spectator in the summer sun on the tennis courts! Kept me burn free and easily 15 degrees cooler than others sitting by me. It’s easy to carry and pack and stays strong in the wind. Will definitely get another one for the beach. It assembled easily to my camp chair and didn’t budge until I took it down.

Okay umbrella for the price but can’t handle wind.
I would give this 3.5 stars if I could. Overall it’s a good umbrella and has some good qualities. It’s easy to transport, easy to set up, does a decent job of shading about half of one person once you have it optimally set up. The down side is if there is any wind, it has a hard time with it. The first part of our trip, there was a cool, gentle breeze for most of the time. It was blown around a little but mostly stayed in place. I’d have to adjust it occasionally but it was overall nice to have. But the last few hours of our last beach day, the wind picked up some. It’s wasn’t storming or anything extreme but it was loudly flapping constantly and the umbrella was barely hanging on. The flexible joint was bent by the wind and could not actually be positioned. And I had to make sure the clamp was super tight or else it would move. I ended up just taking it down because it was about to blow away and the umbrella part had turned inside out. That being said for the price and ease of transport, it is helpful on non-windy days. I could see me taking this to kids games and attaching it to my folding chairs (if I can find a place) for shade.

Nice umbrellas
We took the umbrellas on our recent vacation to the beach. They held up in windy conditions (about 15mph wind) and did not break. The chairs fell over a few times but I put our bags in them and had no problems after that. Easy to assemble and provided shade. The brace and bendable section provided great functionality to find the perfect shade during the day. Folded up nice and was easy to transport.

Great for shade from the Miami sun!
This is a quality umbrella that has shaded me from the hot Miami sun on my makeshift catio. I simply loosen the clamp and place it farther down the railing periodically to follow the sun. The clamp is well designed - just remember that the round rubber disc side clamps on the bottom side of the railing.

I bought one to try it, and judged too quickly, and purchased a second one. It is not as sturdy as I had thought initially, and the various little screws, and the rod keep coming loose. For the $70 odd it is of a poor quality.

Great quality

The clamp is too small and can’t hold the umbrella well enough at any part of my wheelchair. Ready to return.
