This tib bar is a simple but very effective addition to my leg training routine. It makes it easy to target the tibialis muscles and helps add variety to my lower-leg workouts. So glad I got this. Super comfy, even with socks. Double padded, why settle for less? Solid, well built, easy to use ...a variety of uses for this, no doubt. Knees Over Toes guy....THANK YOU! FYI ...I even found a way to use this for lying leg curls. Just need 2 clamps one under the weight to create enough room for your foot, and the other to lock down the weight . Really cool!
