My favorite sheers! Very sharp, easy to use, hook was a little to stiff, but are lightweight and useful! In the ER, they have never let me down. Plus they glow in the dark! Durable.

I work at two level 1 trauma centers and these shears have performed well over the last several months, on par with my coworker's leatherman shears. The differences in quality are minimal, and not worth the extra money. They will cut through leather, clothing, and misc items around the house without missing a beat. I cannot comment about the longevity of these shears since I have had them for a few months, but I'd argue you're likely to lose them before you wear them out, and you can buy 2-3 of these for the price of the leatherman raptors. I have not had any issues with these shears getting jammed when folding them open from their compact position, nor have I had issues with them closing on my hands while they are open and cutting. These are secure, solid, and affordable. They are compact and sit in my scrub pockets at all times and are always handy to have when SHTF suddenly working in the emergency department vs. cheaper traditional shears which tend to grow legs and disappear when its time to expose someone.

these are so nice! they can cut through just about anything and all the little side pieces are so great. used the seat belt cutter on a hard plastic edge that I couldn’t get off a mirror and it fixed my issue in half a second. I use them at work constantly and then just fold them back up and put them in my pocket. I will say they are HEAVY so putting them on a badge reel is out of the question but I don’t mind that even though that’s the main reason I got them.

Very comparable to more expensive brands, very cool color, and glows well. Seatbelt cutter does not lock like the more expensive brand, but otherwise well built.

I had wanted the more expensive ones. But, doing wound care at home recently, I couldn't afford it and the extra special wound dressings and etcetera. So I went with these. And these are, if I had to guess, as good as the others if at a significant savings off brand naming. I almost held off, saved up, but I really needed these for trimming this and that, and else. Didn't want to use house scissors for medical.I am very pleased with these. I can live without the brand name. And these do everything extra that does. I did have to buy a holster, separately, but even so. Far less expensive. Though, I would say you probably don't need the holster. The scissors fold, and have a belt hook on the body. If it had been worth the money and time, I would have returned the holster for it. Plus, it doesn't fit all that well. Or go in easily anyway.

These shears are amazing, they come with a o2 tank key, seat belt cutter, and window breaker. I have these in my pocket almost everyday even though I’m not a medical professional.

Operating room nurse here. Shears deploy easily for cutting, fold back easily for storage until needed. Positive clip for security on my scrubs. These shears will cut through anything in the OR that needs cutting: wires, lines, tubes, flexible casts, etc. WAY better than any nurse's shears BY FAR.

A great example of doing a great job without the name brand attached to it. Sharp and look good while doing it. It is shipped a little tight to use right off the bat tho.I keep it in the tour van for just in case measures in case of an accident with its window breaker and seat belt cutter.

I’ve own the real ones and these, literally can’t tell the difference. The 02 key is a bit stiff but other then that solid

I jokingly call them “craptors” because they’re knock offs but there is nothing crappy about them. They work just as well as the name brand and they’re over stylish too. Nothing says “let me cut your pants off” like a deep metallic purple.In all seriousness, good shears. Not sure how well they’ll wash and sanitize after more serious issues but we shall see. I really like them and the glow in the dark is a nice feature.
