Does this have MSG in it, as stated in one of the reviews?

There’s no added MSG but it does have a good amount of natural MSG. I’m surprised if someone is allergic to MSG would use this product since it’s main ingredient is Parmesan cheese. Parmesan has high levels of natural glutamate which turns into MSG when combined with sodium and water in the cheese. MSG naturally in many food products, this is just one.

I love this and didn't find it salty at all. I have only used it on popcorn but cant wait to try it on other things. Chicken and pasta sound fantastic.

Is this made in America?

Package label reads "Packed in U.S.A". There is no mention of Country of Origin other than that.

What does trufle taste like?

It tastes like good Parmesan cheese with garlic in it. I'd never had truffle before but whatever it is it tastes good. We put a couple of tablespoonfuls of this stuff in our spaghetti sauce and it's just great.
