Fixed all my shifting issues with my rancher.
I tried to fix the shifting system correctly, angle sensor, controls, motor, nothing fixed it. It was down to wiring broke somewhere, or the computer. So I bought this thinking if it does nothing Ill return it and just build a manual shifter and scrap the electrical setup. This fixed it, works great now. Plug and play, supper easy to install!

Fits 2000 rancher 350 es perfect
Wired up in a few hours without removing the plastic. Makes the machine shift a little less smooth because it will now shift regardless of what rpm the motor is at. Better than dealing with stupid sensors.
