Sticks well, I would recommend
This stuff isnโt cheap but I ended up buying several rolls after getting the first to evaluate it. It stuck extremely well to my slowly dying asphalt driveway. I filled the holes with cold patch and let that set and cure and then put this over the top and used a tamper to slam it down and then drove my mower over it and then the car. I will add that I think it is important to follow the instruction that you should apply it when ambient temperature is above 75* so the surface is hot enough and the adhesive is soft and sticky. I also tamped and drove over it again the next hot day just to make sure. It seems to be down very solidly and I donโt see why it wouldnโt buy me a few years of not replacing me entire driveway.

Meh
I liked it at first and bought several more rolls but, yesterday, while I was leaf blowing one of the sheets had a section lift off the ground after tamping and weeks of driving over it. I checked the other sheets and a few of them had loose sections. It looks good but it isn't going to survive plowing and snow-blowing season and I am bummed about that.

Driveway patching
Quick way to cover a large area, but when water comes up through the cracks and freezes, loosens the patch. You MUST fill/seal cracks before using this,

Peel and seal driveway asphalt patch is a great product
I purchased 2 ADFORS peel & seal driveway asphalt patch to cover alligator cracks in my driveway. I put them down about a year ago. I waited to see how they held up before I wrote a review. They are working great. Holding up well to the weather and traffic.

Easy installation.
I bought and installed this a month ago to patch over some asphalt cold patch in a lane that gets a fair amount of traffic. Itโs held up well for the month so far, of course itโs been dry and warm. I am hoping that it keeps that pothole filled for a year or two at least, I also bought some to put over some crocodile cracks in a parking lot hoping that that will stop that from Worsening and keep that parking lot in good shape. The material looks great when you put it down it looks like a standard asphalt patch if something goes weird I will update my report but so far so good.

Great for covering up oil damaged asphalt.
I have a large oil damaged spot in my parking lot. As with anything else, preparation is everything. After cleaning, filling and sealing the affected area the patch was applied. All is well and the leaking oil will now stay on top of the patch.

An effective patch...
I've worked for five or six years to extend the life of my asphalt driveway (already 20 years old) by filling cracks with melted patch material with only marginal success. Cold patches never seem to last more than a year. Melted material lasts longer. I've put tarry tape down on cracks, melted it in with a torch and that seems to last the longest. But even those patches fail over the course of several years. I'm not sure why. Perhaps the crack widens? Or perhaps the crack loses the filler sand I put in it first? So last year a supply truck bringing heavy roofing material put down its outriggers and caused a depression in our asphalt near the garage door. I melted patch material around the edge of the depression, but the inside of the bowl collects water now and is ready to start crumbling. I got this roll of material specifically to cover that depression (about 16 inches in diameter). Secondarily, I am going to try cutting four-inch strips out of it to cover cracks. It's worth a try. I'm encouraged that this roll of sealant is difficult to tear. I don't know if it has a mesh of some sort impregnated inside the tar. I hope so. Part of the problem with my failing crack repairs lies in the inability of the melted material to bridge the gap of a crack after a year or two. It eventually cracks just like the underlying asphalt. I'm hopeful this material will last longer. I'm optimistic about this material. Patches are patches. They never last forever. But a three or four-year patch would be a big win. I'll report back on whether this stuff works for cracks in several years. For bigger patches, I think it's a good product and I'm happy to be able to patch the depression in my drive with it.
