Heater quit after 4 days. Seller responded with instructions to reset that did not work. Offered a $50 for my troubles. Purchased an external heating unit to salvage my purchase but now the filter stopped working. Terrible product. Do not buy!

The heater and bubble jets work well. The item waa easy to set up and the inflatable parts hold air well. But the bottom of the tub is just a thin membrane which began to tear after only 6 weeks of use. I noticed water on the patio around the base which quickly became a running leak. I had to drain it and the tear was too big to repair. Save your money.

The seller worked with me on first item that was defective and sent replacement. Both shipped really fast and even the replacement was here before the original expected shipping date. The hot tub is great, not too big and doesn't have that stupid auto shutoff feature the "egg" hot tubs have. For anyone unaware brands like Coleman turn off after 2 days of being at heat unless you press a button, so if you leave for the weekend or don't use bubbles and don't babysit your thermostat your hot tub will be cold (supposed energy saver, but takes more energy to constantly heat up from cold than keep at temp). This one also seems to keep heat better and heat up quicker than "eggs", likely due to being in the wall of the hot tub and better insulated.

Spa came with a hole round hole at the bottom but NO instruction on sealing it up, BEFORE inflating. It won’t stay inflated. Not happy.

Did not stay hot....

Easy to set up but occasionally shuts off with no warning. The screen says 104 but t doesn’t feel like 104, maybe 102.

Bought this inflatable Hot Tub back in October 2023, overall was very happy with the purchase. Easy to use and easy to set up fits two adults comfortably. Unfortunately the tub started leaking water in December, I drained the tub and flipped it over looking for leaks. It looked like the leak was coming from the Heater/Pump area which is not accessible. It leaks out half the water within a couple of days making it useless. I reached out to the manufacturer Rlxtime got no where the phone number on their website is bogus, sent them a email and zero reply. I wouldn't recommend this Hot Tub to anyone, but a name brand one with a good warranty.
