Starcke Matador Wet and dry sandpaper. C Weight 1 pack of 10 sheets P240

The best wet and dry sandpaper I've come across so far. I use it for hand finishing knives after they have been hardened, which is tough on wet and dry and whilst other brands tend to loose their grit in seconds and fall apart this brand does not. The first 20 or so passes on steel tend to have more bite and the paper doesn't cut as well afterwards but it is still perfectly usable and does continue to remove material. once the paper is worn down considerably I wash it and use it for wood. Overall very durable paper. A tip for doing a final satin finish on steel; sand to desired grit or a little higher then use a fresh piece and sand all in one direction, no back and forth to get a uniform finish.
