How do I properly load paper into the printer when the paper is jammed?

Dear customer, Please push the buttons on both sides and open the top cover. Load the paper roll to the paper compartment again and pull some extra paper, hope you could kindly understand.

Can you make a fully customized label?

Yes to can make full labels and banner small size.

Do you have to put ink in it?

No ink needed. I love it when I printed the graphic for my embroidery that I don't have to worry about the ink smeared and discolored the treads.

Is it possible to connect and print from a laptop computer via bluetooth instead of usb?

Dear customer, The MT810 printer can support connecting to the Windows computer via the Bluetooth function, but it does not support connecting to the Macbook via Bluetooth, it only can support the USB function to connect to the Macbook, hope you could kindly understand.
