I love it!! I have neuropathy in my feet from past chemotherapy treatments and I find great relief in my feet as well as my legs. I find that it also helps with balance, while using the back of a chair for support. I've noticed I'm able to walk more steadily than I have before. Glad I have this wonderful machine. I love this! I've had it for four months now and I think I'm slightly addicted. I purchased it to help with general lymphatic drainage and I've seen a noticeable difference in my ankles at the end of the day. I've also been pleasantly surprised at the fact that my joints also seem to be feeling better.After several months, it's still operating like new. I haven't noticed any reduction in the vibration and it appears to be sturdy and durable. It has a wide range of vibration intensity (1-100) too.

I just got my wave machine and read all material. Easy to put together plug in and I stood on it for 4 minutes. This is going to be a great product to add to my workout! Lots to learn but excited to do so! Came in well packaged box, everything was there in excellent condition! Easy to understand directions! Great to know there is help if I get stumped! Highly recommend this product!

I wasn't sure I would like this. A friend said that it made her itch everytime she used it. I don't have that problem. It feels wonderful when I'm on it and I really feel I had been walking quite a while when I get off of it. We've only had it for less than two weeks. My husband likes it also. He asks if it will bother me if I'm watching a show and considering many things irritate me, this does not. I'm not sure yet about helping the lymph nodes drain, we shall see. I usually do it right after dinner instead of taking a walk and it really does bring down the blood sugar. It's great to use the remote control. I just keep it in my pocket while I'm on it and can change the settings easily. The levels from 1 to 99 make a difference. I'm still trying to find my sweet spot. I'll update it when I'm a month or so out to see if my measurements are any smaller or if weight decreases along with my healthy eating that I've been doing for over a month.

I looooove my vibration plate. I use it almost every day and it has been working great for my circulation. I definitely notice a difference when I use it daily for at last 10 min on lowest setting and with feet on walk. I tried the other feet placements but thought they were too intense for me.
