Great customer service! Thanks Francis ! The kit in general it’s very good but it will do with metal/brass threads to make it more sturdier, apart of that good bit of kit !

iSpring prove helpful despite NPT only ports available
When ordering this system, I failed to realise the significance of the "1"Ports". Not only are they 1", but they are also NPT standard which makes matching BSP connectors difficult to find. Despite much help from iSpring, I was unable to make use of the NPT system so had to return it. iSpring do make BSP systems but unfortunately none were available for my project. However, the iSpring filter cartridges also fit BSP 10" filter heads and iSpring CTO Carbon Block and Iron and Manganese Reducing Water Filters were perfect for my water system upgrade.

SPare parts
Good product but tried to get spare filters but it seems they have to come from America and it wasnt currently possible. So buyers beware
