E17 LED Bulb Microwave Oven Appliance Whirlpool Bulb, 8206232A 75W Halogen Bulbs Equivalent, Warm White 3000K Intermediate Base, Dimmable 2 Pack

A perfect replacement for the 40W bulb in our Frigidaire FKC17F7QTA convertible freezer/refrigerator which we use continuously in an office environment. At 3000K this LED bulb delivers a pleasant, warm light similar to the original 40 watt tungsten included with our refrigerator. The big plus is that this light uses far less wattage, burns cooler, lasts longer and delivers slightly more light. This bulb also has no flicker issues including during constant on/off cycling in our heavy duty work environment. The big closer on this deal was when I found that these LED bulbs were actually cheaper than the manufacturer suggested tungsten replacement! Although this LED is rated for a 75 watt halogen equivalent, my experience is that it is only slightly brighter than the 40 watt tungsten bulb it replaced (which is just perfect for our needs). Always try to get an LED bulb that is rated for higher brightness than the halogen or tungsten bulb being replaced because LED bulb manufacturers tend to greatly exaggerate their bulb brightness. Also note that it is 100% safe to use an LED bulb rated for more brightness in a lower watt receptacle (within reason) because they draw very little power and generate almost no heat. In my case, the 75 watt LED brightness rating (while actually consuming only 7 watts) was perfect for my 40 watt receptacle.

I purchased two of these bulbs last July and they worked fine for a few months. Then I began to notice that a few of the individual LEDs were not lighting. Three weeks ago, one of the bulbs wouldn't turn on at all. Now the second one just comes on for about a minute and then blinks on and off, on and off... These bulbs have actually seen very light use, as we were out of town for ~ two of the months we have owned them. I emailed [email protected] a few days ago asking for replacements and have not heard back yet. I will update this review should this get resolved satisfactorily...***UPDATE*** Both bulbs were promptly replaced by XRLED and are working fine. Thank You XRLED!***2nd UPDATE *** It has been over a year now and both replacement bulbs are still working perfectly!

I have tried a lot of different bulbs for the lights under my range top microwave. It is hard to get a good bright bulb that fits the fixture. These are it. They are almost too bright! I hope they last a while, but can’t say yet. I wish they were compatible with the low setting of my microwave, they flicker a lot in the low setting, but that is more the microwave’s fault than the bulb.

This product started out fine, worked acceptably. But both bulbs failed around 7 mos. One don't go on at all, the other has periods where it goes off and flickers a lot. Used in a microwave oven,...exactly as billed to work. There is an after sale warranty card stating 1 year warranty. Invites me to ask about issues via email, but does not to include an address, email address, phone#, or any other possible way to contact them. Not happy with the product or customer service.

Purchased this for my Whirlpool model WHM32519HZ-5 because the incandescent bulb provided by the manufacturer is dim and positioned near the back of the unit. While I was initially impressed with the brightness these bulbs provide, they're lacking in longevity. 2 bulbs burned out in less than 7 months. If you have this model microwave, please note these bulbs never turn off and are the maximum length of bulbs that will fit. Light settings for this microwave: Light High - Bright light Light Low - less bright, seizure inducing strobe Light Off - dim like a night light These lights flash when the magnetron is turned off too. I will not purchase these again and will either look into other led lights or give up and purchase under cabinet lights.

I bought the 2-pack in 2018 for use in my single-bulb overhead oven hood. Brightness and color are great, much better than the incandescent it replaced, but longevity didn't cut the mustard. Over 4 years both bulbs have failed. No early failures, both lasted about 2 years each, so I assume neither were outliers. To be clear, neither blub completely failed, they just went very dim one day and never recovered. I estimate my usage to be (2 years * 4 hrs/wk) = 416 hours before failure. I expect a lot more out of any LED bulb. Even double or triple my estimated usage would still be unacceptable.

Installed two of these bulbs in our new over-the-stove microwave to replace the incandescent bulbs that came with it. The lights are brighter than the originals, and they don't warm up the inside of the microwave like the originals did. Using less electricity because they are lower watts is nice too, although I doubt that it saves a lot. Some reviewers said that theirs burned out after a short amount of time. We've had ours turned on 24/7 for 6 months now with no problems. Hopefully I didn't jinx myself! I'll try to remember to come back in another 6 months with an update on the longevity.

I ordered these bulbs for my Frigidaire Gallery refrigerator. These work great. The bulbs transition from off to on in full when the door opens with no flicker (at least with my fridge) and they are bright. Nice white color.
