I had a fully automatic espresso machine that heated and frothed the milk for a cappuccino, latte or macchiato. Although the machine rinsed the milk system every time it was shut down, it needed to be cleaned regularly. This milk system cleaner did the job quite well and at a much lower cost than other milk system cleaner. I have a new manual espresso machine that has the steam wand for frothing milk. I use the milk system cleaner to remove milk from the wand. It works well. My first order came in a padded envelope. When I opened it, the container had leaked, so I got cleaner all over myself and the floor. Amazon replaced it without problem.

Seems to work as well as Jura’s product

When it arrived, the lid was not secure and a lot of it had spilled out soaking the box it came in. Read the directions, but it was just too difficult to really use so we returned it.

This product came completely leaked out all over the place. Not only did I not have a cleaner for my espresso machine, it ruined a ton of packages in shipping. I know this because I know the mail person.
