You definitely need to pair it up with a butter flavored popping oil, but it's pretty good on its own with just a little coconut/cooking oil.

A tiny bit of this and some coconut oil and you will have the exact flavor of American movie theater popcorn. Even from a silicone microwave popper. Be warned! A little goes a long way. About half a teaspoon is good for 1 batch. A whole teaspoon too salty. So the carton will last a long time. Good value
