This is a great bit of home gym kit. Seller shipped quickly and delivered quickly. Came in a box and well taped to prevent damage.I’ve done a few workouts with it and because of the multiple straps, it gives great resistance even at 25kg. It really feels like more and is ideal for upper body muscle training. Different muscles to my bench and dumbbells due to how you can hold it. Ideal for beginner up to advanced I would say. I can curl 25kg dumbbells in training sets but using the bag in a hammer position it is more difficult, despite having both arms in use.Really recommend this and quality appears really good so far. I don’t use to throw around etc which I think would shorten its durability. Very strong for general lifting etc though, tough material

I've only used this bag a few times but I feel it will last a long time. Really strong construction with lots of strong handles. Ideal for what we are doing in the gym.

I bought a 10kg bag from another vendor for more money before I saw this one. In terms of quality you cant tell the difference and I would even suggest that 10kg bag is a bit light though I have no way of weighing them. This bag has already taken a pounding. I use it 3 or 4 times a week but it is also used by my 17-19 yo athletes during circuits and they're not the most considerate when putting things down. Would definitely buy again should the need arise.

This works great as a 20kg bag. Perfect. But.. If you want to use it as 10kg or 15kg I don't recommend it. When all 4 sandbags are inside (making it 20kg) it works fine. But if you only have 2 or 3 sandbags in, they slide about so that weight is not evenly distributed and all the weight ends up being at one end. I'm going to have to try stuffing it with towels or something to keep the bags in place..

Perfect. Strong , durable and perform lots of different exercises.Basically the bag is everything I want to achieve in life lol.

Had a similar bag which started to leak sand after 3 - 4 years of use. Replaced that bag with this one.Exterior of the bag appears heavy duty. Opened it to inspect the individual sand bags. Inside each zipped pouch is plastic bag containing the sand; these bags are simply twisted shut - not secured or tied - and therefore would lose sand during protracted use. I secured them shut with duct tape, put them back into the bag which holds them and taped that also. Hopefully should get plenty of worry free use from the bag now.If you purchase one, check the individual sandbags pre use.
