I was a little leery of the Calcium Chloride in Mrs. Wages Pickle Mix ( only because that is used to de-ice roads in the winter and it gave me pause to use it in my cucumbers for extra crunch ), however, it worked fine. I say, " Nothing Ventured,....Nothing Gained ", and I wish you Good Eating with your Noodles and see how they turn out, but first I would check with a good reliable Health Food Store, " just in case there is a better option.
