I have to say the customer service was amazing! I ordered one which got lost in the post and I enquired the seller about it who immediately offered to send me another free of charge.. Which I wasn't expecting at all. So thank you for that and extra star for it :)The coat does look quite big and bulky on me (I am 5"7 and slim) and I haven't worn it as much as I would have liked to. The colour is pitch black which was what I wanted.. Sometimes you see black garments that look quite washed out and grey, which isn't the case with this... I felt the hook was a little too high than shown on the images and I was expecting the fur to be softer, but it is a good coat for it's price. Can't complain.

Compared to the other colours that I bought the fur trim is VERY scraggly , and it is also smaller , though it is nice and warm, but obviously because of the fur trim doesn't look or feel as good. It was going to cost as much to return it, and I wasn't sure if the next black one would be the same.

Needed something warm to wear in the evening when going out for special occasions and this was perfect although a tiny bit big but not really noticeable as its a cape. Nice and light and keeps you warm on slightly chilly evenings. Price is reasonable and well worth the money.

bought two for presents and very much pleased although the darker ones are more classy looking and by a size bigger as its a cape it don't matter if a little large but too small looks terrible.

It came damaged. The cape is not a good fit. It hugs wrong looks cheapHave sent back

Lovely addition to my wardrobe. Ordered the item as I had a broken arm and couldn't wear a coat. Carried on wearing it once out of plaster, very glamorous feel and appearance and looks lovely on.

rubbish material nothing like the photo..cheap flat fur not thick an chunky.i returned it an it took to go to resolution centre before i got a refund

Cant really rate this as it is a Xmas Present for my Daughter-in-Law, but I think she will like it.Speedy delivery with no problems.
