IMAYCC Electric Scooter Lock, Heavy Duty Lock for Electric Scooter E-Bike

We have the Segway G3 Max scooters and absolutely love this lock. Very thick and heavy duty, easily lock to a number of different things like bike racks, fences, or I even locked to a row of stored shopping carts once. Carry bag that mounts to the scooter has been solid and we have carried more than the lock after shopping. Great price for something that works great.

This product allows you the convenience of getting in and out of locations quickly and with ease. The only thing I see wrong with this, is that you must hold the key in the open position to adjust the locking mechanism and then turn the key back again when the locking position is reached to lock it (the opposite of how handcuffs work). I would NOT trust them for long periods of time on very expensive bikes, scooters or EV's, etc, etc, etc, since a professional thief would only needs a minute or two to steal it. Getting the combo pack helps, as you would have the ability to store them on your personal vehicle. The storage bag is of good quality and comes with velcro strips for easy set-up on your PV.

Let’s be honest here nothing is going to prevent theft if someone wants it enough. If you’re looking for peace of mind knowing that you have secured your ride, this is a great setup. I really like the quality of a bag and the handcuff style lock. It’s super quick and easy to install, and I like that the chain links are covered to prevent any scratching. This is a very well thought out product and as soon as I saw it, I had to have it. If someone comes up with bolt cutters with enough time of course yes they can take your ride. But for the average Joe walking around, trying to make a quick getaway it won’t be that easy. I advise parking where there are cameras and if possible have a visual on it. I would also advise getting an Apple AirTag and placing it somewhere on the scooter so you can actively see its location in case of a theft.

I bought my teenage son his first electric scooter mainly to get to football and work during this summer and I did not initially think of having to get a lock for it. I'm extremely glad to have come across this one right away because it's perfect! Dont think twice, get this one! It is very sturdy and I absolutely love the case that came with it as well! It buckles onto the scooter and fits perfectly. It has not fell off once. My son loves the lock design itself as well.

I got two sets for my kids' scooters, so they could go to the park on them. The scooters are not too big or expensive, but they still need to be able to lock them up. I liked the reviews of this brand. I was torn between getting the colored ones so my kids could tell them apart, but I ultimately went with the black because it came with the case. These chains are solid and heavy, so when I attached the case to the top of their scooters, it made them too top heavy and they fell over. So instead, I just took them out of the cases and attached them to the base of the pole. They sit well there out of the way and the kids only need to unlock and attach one side because the other side is already in place. So if you are getting for kids' scooters, get the colored ones as the case was not as useful. Overall, the quality and appearance is great and I like how the cuffs have silicone, so they do not scratch the finish on the scooters. The keys are easy to use. I checked each key set and they only work on one of locks, so the keys are not universal, which is good. It comes with 3 keys, so I am able to keep a couple at the house for when my kids inevitably lose the first one.

I have been using electric scooters for years as a primary vehicle, and am confident this is the best scooter I've owned yet. The 30 mph speed makes me feel much safer on roads where cars are going 35 mph, it handles well and the battery life is great. I encountered a battery problem, but their customer service was excellent and got me back on the road quickly. I was even able to hop on a call with an engineer to help figure out what the problem was which is way above and beyond anything I've seen from a manufacturer like this. I'd highly recommend this for more experienced riders, and it has 4 modes to let you go at slower speeds for beginners, so it's excellent for them too.

So far works well. I wish it had a combo lock, less to carry.
