Garbage quality - broke during its first trip
... and then another, different part in the second trip. The luggage was split open on the conveyor belt with the zipper broken.The manufacturer was supportive initially, asking me to be kind to their local, incipient business, which I agreed.Upon return to UAE, I asked for the next step and he said he will replace with a higher quality, BUT MADE ME FEEL LIKE HE WAS DOING ME A FAVOUR, which I refused and chose to write to Amazon for a full refund given the story. He became rude too - just because I was expecting my customer rights.I don't recommend the product nor the support.
