I hand wash this item (I don't own a dishwasher) and it keeps my hands soft!!The glass isn't heavy and the saucer seems delicate, but I have had no issues with it. The item appears to be hand blown, but I have no information that confirms this.I love my coffee and with this item it gives makes the experience more pleasureable. Enjoy!

Inner glass wall cracked after only a couple of uses and coffee leaked into the chamber between making item unusable.Returned and refund from Amazon was really quick and straightforward.

Will re-order more soon. It's the only mug I ever want to use now. Perfect size for a large but sensible cuppa. Keeps it warm for ages, plus I never forget my coffee or let it go cold due to transparent walls. Get one !

Great cup and saucer,keeps the drinks warm for some time. I like doing crosord puzzles and inclined to forget my drink until it is unfit to drink,but this cup keeps it hot for some time.Have ordered another for a friend.

Love this. It is light in weight but it is glass not plastic. Good product.

Was looking forward to receiving this but was disappointed when it arrived.Feels light and cheaply made - and the handle feels even worse, a slight tap and I think it'll break. I know people like a light mug but this feels plastic although it's glass.I threw the saucer straight in the bin as it was cheap plastic.Wouldn't recommend.And never worth £20+

I wrote this to replace my favourite mug, but this has easily eclipsed my previous one. I'm not certain it insulates any more than a porcelain mug, but my tea does stay warm for a while, and it doesn't burn my fingers to touch when filled with near-boiling liquid. It's surprisingly lightweight and very well-made. I'm considering getting another now that I know it's worth the price.

Although this looks good for about a day it develops a slow leak between inside cup and outside wall which is impossible to get rid off. requires more quality control checks to ensure does not happen.
