Purchased this about 3-4 months back, worked great at that time for what I needed. Used it again about a month ago for something minor but it once again worked fine. Got it out of storage to use again today and it was dead. Charged for a few hours, the charging icon was red, and eventually changed to green. But it won’t power on now. I’ve tried everything. Double checked the manual. It’s simply dead. I’m not sure how to reach their “24/7” customer support. Nowhere in the product listing, nowhere in the product manual - how do I reach rhe 24/7 tech support?

Not the brightest, or sharpest image. At least the wireless is convenient, when it works.

This little gadget is very useful when you’re working on various jobs in or around the house. Just a few ways it could be useful or has already been useful in our household…Husband had a spark plug that cracked in the back wall of a V6, and he needed to get a better look at it. Using this made it easier to fit tools in order to do repairs.It’s helpful for running cable line from our basement to the upstairs especially if my husband is working in the house by himself.It’s extremely useful if you need to run any wire to an input on a mounted tv when you can’t see exactly where you’re going.And finally the grossest way it could be used, I thought I had just a sore throat. I wanted to see what the back of my throat looked like and it was easier to use than trying to take a picture with my phone. PS it turned out to be strep.I feel it’s also a super plus that it’s waterproof because we have had issues with our laundry room drain in the past. Fingers crossed we won’t need it for that again but it’s still very handy to have in the event we need to look down a drain.Now let’s talk about the features…It’s lightweight and not bulky, and the fact that it’s wifi wireless makes it easy to take absolutely anywhere. It has a very bright, clear, and good quality picture, even when using the zoom features, and the photos are extremely clear, even in the darkest of settings. It’s also really useful that it takes videos and pictures that are stored right to your phone. The LED light on it is bright which helps you to clearly see items even in pitch black. It also has the ability to adjust the brightness of the light which helps with seeing in various settings. After some time of use though, the LED light does get somewhat warm so just something to keep in mind.The video features are really actually impressive because it gives you the option to do live video while also keeping a still shot on your screen in the event you might want to do comparisons. It gives you the option to make photos or video black-and-white or in color, and it also gives you the option to take still photos while in video mode so that you can compare 2 different things.Photos and videos get converted to pdf files that can be shared in all the ways you would share typical media from your phone. The wifi connection is relatively strong and stays connected even when your phone and the camera are roughly 15 feet apart.All the things that it does are actually very impressive for the price and honestly I can’t say enough about the features and detail.

i think picture quality could be a little better cause when I'm looking into a spark plug hole to look for piston ring scoring on the cylinder walls I cant see what I'm looking at cause its to fussy

This tool is versatile in the sense that I can utilize it for so many at home projects. From simple mundanetasks to more complicated ones. This really is a game changer when it comes to blockages, it allows me to see things and objects that normally I would not have access to. We recently utilized this in one of our properties to check behind the wall for any water leaks and it worked just as expected. The unit is very flexible and the picture is decent. The fact that it can record videos and pictures is a added plus. It has a velcro strap which is helpful when I have to wrap up the cable for storage purposes.This came be great for finding lost items under my car seat.The owners manual comes with a QR code which I easily scanned with my smart phone and downloaded the product App ( Anesok) and connection to the unit was immediate.It has a one touch take photo or video button, zoom capability, Pause screen function and a toggle button. The unit is easy to clean as it is waterproof.I have included in my review some pictures taken with the unit, and a small video.I had lost a sweater some where in the back of my closet and what a better way to put this to work Voila ! I found it :)

What a great little tool. This is much better than what I was expecting for the price.The endoscope connects via WiFi (not bluetooth) to your smart phone using an App you have to download from Google Play or the Apple equivalent, so you are not connected to the internet via WiFi while using it, but you can freeze the screen to look at something in detail and save photos and videos while using it. It is nice that your smart phone is not tethered to the camera probe so the picture can remain stationary for viewing while the probe moves around and is manipulated to get into the places to be inspected.The LED light has adjustable intensity so you can illuminate dark recesses or turn down the brightness to minimize glare or reflections from polished surfaces. The zoom function is minimal but available allowing you to select from 1.0X 1.5X and 2.0X zoom levels, and it's all very small and compact and easy to take along in a backpack. In my testing I found it did a good job of focusing as well.It comes with a few additional tools for the tip that I haven't used, but include a hook and a mirror, which might come in handy at some point. The charging cable provided is very short but works fine. The IP67 waterproof probe cable is actually quite long, measuring 10 feet, so you can probe deeply within confined spaces.

This appears to be a good scope. It produces a good clear picture on your phone. Unfortunately, when I needed to look up into my dryer vent pipe to see where it was clogged, all I got was a cloudy image. I think the issue was that I could not keep the camera in the middle of the pipe and the light was not able to luminate enough to produce a clear picture. I’m totally suspecting operator error, but that was my experience.
