We were sent the wrong size at first but the customer service was exceptional and they allowed us to return the item and refunded us so we could reorder the correct one (we wanted the large size and were sent the smaller one).Once we set it up it and filled it up, it took about a day for the water to warm up to 85 (out of the hose the water comes out around ~60 degrees) due to this running on a regular household outlet obviously it doesnt have the same heat capacity as a legit hot tub.If you have an outdoor outlet and can leave it plugged in all the time i can almost guarantee it would stay at whatever temp you set it to without issues. We dont have an outdoor outlet so we have to plug it into extension cord going in the house and unplug after using so this contributes to the extended time it takes to warm up. We have been able to get it up to 100 degrees in one day after plugging it in around 10/11am and letting it run all day heating up from atmospheric temp (michigan mornings in august are in the mid 70s). During the day it’s a heated pool and by night it’s perfect jacuzzi temp!I love this thing. The bubbles are amazing and massage your back on the way up. The seats start to float a bit but arent too problematic. Not sure how long it will last but we have been taking care of it. Leave cover on while heating and not in use!!! Also we have gotten about 2/3 days out of the water using it everyday before it gets cloudy. This is even after shocking the hot tub hours before getting in so keep in mind your water bill may go up.Overall amazing product and worth the cost.

I love this jacuzzi, it is so nice and relaxing.

Waiting to hear back from seller, and will update after. Have had this product for under 2 months and the heater won't go above 88 degrees Fahrenheit. Hopefully the seller does the right thing and exchanges it for a working one. UPDATE: so far getting the runaround from the seller. They are placing the blame on shipping but since it worked then stopped that doesn't make any sense. They also tried saying the temperature was due to it being outside. It's July in New England the ambient temperature is at least if not greater than the allegedly hot tub. UPDATE 2: After soo many messages back and forth, the seller finally agreed to send a replacement hot tub. Persistence paid off in this case. I'll raise the star rating after I receive it. UPDATE 3: finally recieved replacement hot tub and have raised star rating. This is a very enjoyable hot tub when it works and I'm hopeful the replacement will last longer than the original.

Bought this to try it out and it worked great for the first week, but then the heater stopped working. Sometimes it blinks saying something is wrong with the filter. resetting the power it all turns on and seems to be working again. Just annoying when you want to get into a hot tub and its not hot.

We have a pool but ever owned a hot tub. I felt like this would be a small step toward owning a larger one. But we love it and I think this one may be the only one we will ever need. Not such a large investment.

For anyone who purchases this everything is included you just have to unpack it some of the items are already attached Typical Chinese manual it's the basic manual and you have to figure it out from there there's a few things that are different or look different but everything's there. make sure it's level or it will list.. Edit- The square float is for the cover it will heat up within a couple of hours -without it It won't heat up at all...Buy a Skimmer!!!

Very easy one person setup. The motor is built in to the sidewall, so it's nice not to have obstructions. Because this is 110V, the water does take time to heat up. I connected the hose to the washing machine hot water outlet and I had it up and running by the end of the day. The "pillows" are worthless for me. They don't stay and they're not really comfortable.

I downsized from a 6 person to this one. It’s so much better. Seat cushions are great. Uses less chlorine. Fits 2 people great. If you have 3 people it’s kind of tight. I would buy this one again
